korean rice mask 🌾

Korean rice masks deeply hydrate and gently exfoliate the skin while promoting a brighter, smoother, “glass skin” complexion. Rich in vitamins, amino acids, and antioxidants, they help soothe irritation, fade dark spots, strengthen the skin barrier and leave skin soft, radiant and healthy looking

Ingredients 💗

* ¼ cup jasmine rice

* 1 cup milk (or substitute with water)

* 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Directions 💗

1. Rinse the rice well

2. Simmer the rice with the milk (or water) for 25–30 minutes until soft

3. Blend into a smooth paste, adding a splash of milk or water if needed

4. Stir in the honey (optional)

5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
