Yo so here’s the thing.. if you walk in to the kitchen and something drips on your face, I might have to put up a hand and take the blame for that. Thirty-two years of age and I still forget to put the lid on the blender. I’ve cleaned up the best I can, promise you that. But if you still find traces somewhere or on the ceiling, sorry about that. i’ll take note to watch out for some sorta juice from the blender dripping on me. i’m very, very aware this isn’t the first, second or third time it’s happened. it’s uh- it’s good to see you jazzy. how ya been? 

“kissy face!” dani got next to the person and snapped a quick selfie with them. she smiled as she looked down at it, pleased. “want to remember my entire stay here.” she stated. 

“well i hope they’re not gonna be lookin’ at me camel toe.”

"nah i reckon people will be more interested in looking at the back than the front to be honest.” 

grape tastes like medicine , so you’re not wrong there . peach rings , but not the gummy worms ? who hurt you , ramos ? i’m dying to know . ooh , sour skittles are a good choice , though ! i can do a ferrero rocher every now & then , but it’s the fruity stuff for me otherwise .

it really does, i just can’t get myself to vibe with grape. look- okay the gummy worms are okay they’re just a bit...basic? you know? i know, i know, how dare i? sour skittles are so damn good, i’m very much a sour person. i used to love a ferrero rocher but then i found maggots crawling in a box of mine, like inside the chocolates when i unwrapped them...it hasn’t been the same since.

confession time with sg — i’ve been two days off and am only just now realizing. i’ve just been strolling around, thinking it’s almost saturday, when in reality, monday’s around the corner. i feel lied to, but i’m not really sure who the culprit is? me? time? i dunno, but with the mondays on the way, i need something to perk me up. ideas and suggestions are welcome.

it’s been occurring to me lately that , once a candy brand figures out the prime way to perfect their blue raspberry variety , they can say to hell with other flavors & just amp the fuck out of production for the blue kind . i’m looking back at my life , trying to be introspective as the kids say , thinking of all my favorite candies . the reason i love ‘em ? you guessed it ; they’re all blues . sour punch straws ? the blue ones. sour patch kids ? the blue guys . jolly ranchers ? so, now that i’ve exposed this very eye-opening business idea and self-reflection activity to you .. hey, i’m ari . what’s your favorite kind of candy ? @peacevalleystarters​

the blue raspberry kind of candy really is the best candy, it’s my favourite too. the only flavour i’m not a huge fan of is grape...it’s just too artificial for me i think. sour patch kids are fucking bomb. i also really love trolli’s peach rings or sour skittles. anything sour i love actually. i’m definitely a chocolate guy too. milk duds and hershey’s are winners for me. lindt too.

“yeah but monica’s hot, even with that crazy hair so don’t worry, you’ll still be ridiculously hot. and hey, if you’re in a bikini ain’t no one gonna be looking at your hair.” 

dua looked over at him. “what big sex drama have you got going on?” she asked him curiously. she looked back to the movie. “right. of course. every film’s got one.” she joked, chuckling. 

“got caught at a strip club with some chick making out with her while i was still engaged to my ex. it was everywhere for a while.” he scratched the back of his neck a little. “always. and it’s never worth it either.” 

She’d said they were splitting; that alone made his heart literally ache for a minute. He knew it was true, but something about her admitting it to someone else made him realise that it was really the truth. It wasn’t just something idiotic they’d shouted in the heat of a fight, it was actually happening. 

Did he really think Ant was enough of an asshole to come into the community and act like his friend if he actually was the other man? 

He rubbed at his forehead, and then sighed. “I swear to God, if you’re bullshitting me right now, and it turns out you’re all just having a real good laugh at how gullible I am, I…” he trailed off, the rest of it catching in his throat. Not that it mattered, he wasn’t even sure what it was he would actually do. 

anthony had done his fair share of stupid things, had lost a whole relationship because of it. and he wasn’t proud of himself at all. but he could admit to his wrongs. when jasmine asked him outright if he’d slept with someone else, his answer was yes. because he’d fucked up and she should know about it. he’d lost her because of it, but that was the past now. he had to move on. 

he shook his head at lin. “if i did it, i swear to you i would’ve told you the truth. you know me man, i swear by the truth. i’m a lot of things but i’m not a liar. and i have a lot of respect for you, why would i wanna fuck our friendship up?” he asked him. “i’d never ever sleep with your wife. ever. and i’m sorry that you still don’t know who it is, that really sucks, but it’s definitely not me.”

Anthony apparently couldn’t look at him directly, but Lin for his part couldn’t stop staring, trying to figure him out. “She didn’t give you a name? When you had your… chat,” he asked, trying but failing to keep his tone friendly. It was just coming out cold and bitter instead, and he didn’t like it on himself at all. 

anthony shook his head at that. “no, i wish she did. she didn’t even mention her cheating. she just said you guys had a big fight and were splitting. that’s when i hugged her. but i guess from the other angle it looked like i kissed her. which- i’ll be the first to admit i fucked up with jazzy, but it wasn’t like that with v.” 

“bored and horny. or bored and looking for a bit of fun. yeah i guess they do.” she shrugged and chuckled. she glanced to the movie. “do you even know what’s going on? cause they’ve lost me.” she laughed and looked back to him. 

“yeah i get it, trust me.” he sighed and looked up at the movie again. “hm? yeah, they’re about to get into the big action sequence that they definitely blew the film’s whole budget on.” 

dua shrugged. “horny or bored. i dunno. could just use the release.” she shrugged again and chuckled shamelessly. 

“horny and bored go hand in hand these days huh? i’m not surprised.” he laughed and looked up at the movie. “you bored of this already?” 

Lin held his gaze, examining his expression for a moment as if he might see a trace of guilt or shame there. But there was just a sort of sadness on him, like he was resigned to Lin believing whatever he wanted to believe. He felt inclined to believe him, but maybe that was naivety or wishful thinking.

“I want to believe you, I do, but… you know, it doesn’t look good, man,” he told him. Maybe if he didn’t already know she was screwing around with some other guy, he wouldn’t have been so quick to believe it. 

ant looked at him, meeting his eye for a moment, wanting him desperately to believe him. he’d already had news stories like this spread around on him. when he’d been caught with the stripper. he hated that it was happening again. hated that his name was being plastered once again in a negative light and that he was hurting someone he loved.  he nodded his head and looked down at his feet. “i know. i get it. i just- i hope you’ll come to realise how much i value our friendship and how i wouldn’t be looking to screw that up anytime soon.” he said with a soft sigh. “or i hope that vanessa will give you an actual name or something.” 

Lin might have had his doubts about the story, if it wasn’t for the fact that he’d already had this fight with Vanessa. “Save it, Ant,” he huffed. “I’ve known for a couple weeks, she just refused to give me a name.” That made perfect sense, now, of course. She had a reason to spare Anthony - and it had hurt like hell when it was just some random guy. This was a whole other level. 

ant looked at lin and frowned, he swore he could feel a stab in his chest. he didn’t want the older male to hate him, it was horrible. lin had been his friend for a long time, had given ant an opportunity no one else would give to him. if now all lin saw was the bad in him too...maybe everything was true. “look- i’m sorry this is happening between you two, but v called me up needing someone to talk to and that’s all we did. talk.” 

she chuckled at that. “well - suit yourself. but i’m gonna have to cut the night short then cause sounds like i’ve a date with my vibrator then.” she shrugged. 

ant laughed a little awkwardly. “alright....yeah. that horny huh?” he asked.
