I have minimized myself to the point where even something as simple talking with friends that I know care about me; I constantly think “why bother? It’s not like I actually matter, why waste their time”. And I push myself further and further away. I constantly write stuff out and then just delete it because I think “why would this person care? You’re just irritating”. And I just have nothing to keep me busy so it’s always on my mind what a burden I am and it makes my head want to fucking explode.

I just want one day where I don’t feel the need to tear my body apart from the inside
