I cooked whole chickens over an open flame and it actually turned out pretty good. Also through some potatoes in foil and cooked them inside the fire.

Fabulous museum in Jeddah. The Saudi owner has traveled to many places around the world and brought back some lovely pieces of art to share with people. There was mostly Islamic and Arabic, but also some Asian Art. There were several rooms of Hijazi and Bedo items as well. (Saudi Arabian Bedouin) (at Madinat Altayibat | مدينة الطيبات)

But after emerging, I walked around and found these shells.

I swam to this island from our boat; my phone in a dry bag around my neck. I scraped my elbow on the coral as I came up to the sandy beach. But these birds never left me, until I emerged tall. Look at the water!

In the middle of the sea on a deserted island with shells in our hands and peace in our hearts we walked a perfect line between land and water and air. Red Sea, tiny island in the middle, May 2016.
