HELLO my Darling Dears, its been oh so long! We're sorry to miss all your Black Friday fun 😔But! Yesterday I did some work tweaking our shop policies and FAQs. There were many adjustments, but the biggest takeaway is this: Custom orders are now accepted case by case, according to our availability. Which boils down to mean if our lives are hectic at that point in time, we won't make that carry over to you by making you wait and wait for your piece. Customs are now also paid in two parts - the first half (which includes a Custom Fee that I'll explain in just one moment) when you first place the order, and the second half (which includes shipping) when it's ready to be shipped. This means you don't have to scrimp and save QUITE so hard to place your order and that we're covered on both ends if we need to buy supplies for your order and to ship it! It's a win-win! Yaay! 🎉🎊 Now  on to the Custom Fee - since we are shifting from made-to-order to ready-made, custom orders will use extra time, materials, and creativity exerted JUST for you! That means, in order to compensate our extra efforts, a Custom Fee will be charged. Previously, this was a flat $5 fee that was sometimed waived with varying circumstances. Now, that fee will ALWAYS apply, and it will vary based on the item you're customizing and if we need any special materials. So for example, a custom Baby Bracelet would have a wee tiny fee of maybe $1 (who really wants to pay five whole dollars for something that's only $2 to begin with?), where a custom Collar would have a fee of maybe $5, and a custom Set would have a fee of perhaps $10-$15. This way you don't have to pay a big fee for small items, and we make sure our effort on larger items is properly compensated - another win-win! 💫🎆 I'm not quite sure if you can still read our policies while the shop is on vacation, but if you would like to try feel free to click the link in our bio and get aquainted!
