I feel nothing and everything at the same time. My mood swings become worse each day. I miss a lot of people but at the same time, I’m relieved they don’t want to meet me. Although it hurts which is contradictory. I wish I could touch the people I like and love more often. Hug them, stroke them, kiss them, hold hands with them, cuddle with them. My heart hurts from all this lack of love and at the same time overflow of love. My whole being is one fucking paradox.

You will not ‘get over’ the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same, nor would you want to.

I regret that it takes a life to learn how to live.

I feel like crying and shouting and ripping my skin off - no ripping my heart out to stop feeling. To stop loving people. Because I only f**king suffer and I can’t endure this anymore. It feels like the end is coming for me. I have so little strength left. I’m becoming powerless. I’m scared I will become numb. Just so I don’t have to feel all this pain in my chest.
