I can't remember exactly how it started. We met each other the fisrt Day of college. We’ve been friends since then until now. When you have a lot of insecurities is really hard to trust in people, you can try but that doesn’t guarantee anything. How can you trust in someone if you can’t even have confidente in yourself? They are my best friends but they don’t look like they can undestand that. Idk what to do, i don’t want to say goodbye but sometimes i feel is better for the three. I’m sorry for failed you.

It has been a long time since the last time I wrote here. Now I’m coming to speak to you about anxiety. Have you ever feel what is to have an episode of anxiety? I can describe it for you. It’s a horrible feeling, you can’t breath, and you wanna to yell but you can’t. I had an episode today. I started to cry and then my heart started to bit faster than anything that can possible imagine and I wanted to throw out but you can’t and you are hungry but you can’t eat beacause of the dizzies. And you want to sleep but you can't. When I had the episode I was in the school, now I'm in my bed, I can't use my cellphone, I guess he die. This is bad, i dont wanna miss the clases, but it is impossible for me be in the school. I can't stand that.
