π₯Ή I know I've been there......... Human emotion, you know has such a large spectrum for different behaviors associated and derived from a long list of emotion types, and range in so many degrees of strength. Each of us carry emotion at different levels, which makes any of them difficult to study. Certain emotions can be handled easily, and some can literally make you bat shit crazy. It is unfortunate really, as some very good people get scourned, or left behind. Maybe a moment, just some simple event triggers a response from a particular emotion, and suddenly that response makes observers believe that triggered person is crazy, unstable, or even psychotic. I explain all this because the quote reminded me of what I think is the most triggered emotion in humans, which is love. This is because love itself carries with it so many sub-versions of other emotions. All emotions are powerful, but when love triggers one, it can be anything from heavenly, to downright destructive and devastating. I am not a crazy person, nor do I have tendancies related to the diagnosis of mental illness, but I have been triggered. It's rather embarrassing, and please if you are a person with a diagnosed illness, please understand I feel for you and in no way do I have any intention of degrading you, because I understand the fight from experience of people close to me with various issues. With that said, I leave you with an idea. The next time you see or hear about someone having a breakdown, or exhibit behaviors due to a event, make sure you remember that it is not who they are under normal circumstances, and that what is probably needed is a little lift, and not isolation. Also, just try in your everyday life to be kind to people around you, take care of a person in need, and do whatever you can to make at least one person smile everyday. Be an agent of happiness, it is very rewarding. π
