another thing my therapist told me is u cant change who u are but u can grow. like u can change ur behavior but u cant change the experiences that have shaped u…all u can do is learn new things and add to urself and make those demons a smaller less impactful part of who u are…u do have to carry them with u but u dont have to indulge or listen to them

part of your twenties is shedding the idea of grandeur that your life would have and just savouring the simple joys of being
