“it is one of the great human paradoxes of the human condition, we ask some variation of the question ‘how are you feeling?’ over and over, which would lead one to assume that we attach some importance to it. Yet, we never expect, desire or provide an honest answer” ~ an extract I came across by Dr Marc Brackett’s book ‘Permission to feel’. The issue highlights how we avoid and don’t want to spend time dealing with peoples feelings. Why do we do this? ~ @fiqiwrites
