I kept living because.... I want to see my baby sister and brother grow up. I want to see them find their passions and path in life. I want to be there to support them when being an adult sucks. #suicidepreventionmonth #ikeptliving

I kept living because..... this month is suicide prevention month and a perfect time to speak up. I kept living even when I didn't want to because of the people who love me. I have only a small handful of those close to me but they keep my world going, there are a million reasons to keep living but we only have to find one. One thing, one person, one idea. That's all we need. I'm grateful that I've found lots of reasons, from my relationship to my parents to my nieces and siblings, nature and good.food, adventures with those I love. I kept living. And I plan on keeping it that way no matter how dark the days get. #speakup #suicidepreventionmonth
