500g glutinous rice flour 1 cup sugar 3 cups water
250g rice flour
300g Roasted peanuts 50g roasted sesame seeds 100g castor sugar
*Mix glutinous flour, sugar ,water together *Add into a greased tin and steam for 40 mins or till cook. *Blend the peanuts , then mix with castor sugar and sesame seeds. *Bake or fry rice flour till cooked . *When steamed mixture is cooked cut into small pieces and roll. *Roll into the cooked rice flour. *Fill each pieces with peanuts mixture.

A 鸡1.2Kg1隻,冰糖50g,五香粉一大匙抹入雞肚里。 B 李锦記豉油雞汁1支,八角5小粒,桂皮4小支,丁香一些,水1杯。 B放近鍋里沸滚,加入A。开中火。 鸡腿向下十五分钟。鸡胸向下十分钟。熄火。 取出用麻油抹雞身。待涼切塊盛碟中。 用1碗豉油雞汁以1大湯匙cornflour打芡至濃汁。淋上。完成!😉💕
