Another attempt at some Lip art using @makeupforeverofficial NEW Artist Rouge Collection.... This mermaid inspired look was done using shade C603 in the centre of the lips and C604 on the outer corners. I placed a fish net fabric over my lips and pressed some shimmery eyeshadows on the centre of the lips (blue on the upper lip and green on the lower lip) I applied a black lip liner to trace the outline of the lips to make them pop. I also added some dots to the outer corners for extra detail. The fake piercing is done using some eyelash glue and a a rhinestone. #MyArtistRouge There are 48 shades available including a white so you can custom make your very own shades. The collection will launch end of August but they are offering customers a pre-launch exclusive to @debenhamsbeauty on the 28th July in celebration of National Lipstick Day on the 29th.
