Summer Tour '12

Bad improv to AlunaGeorge x Tchami. The beginning was rough and basically me just ramming notes, but it gets a little better in the end, I suppose. lmao what is tempo.

Once I obtain financial stability and comfort for myself and my family in the future, I really want to teach in Mexico.

I want to create a program down there; an organization. The kids in Mexico deserve the music education equivalent to, if not better to, what we have here in the US.

I probably wouldn’t be so consistent and dedicated to all the things I’m involved in today if it weren’t for that one summer. I would still be finding ways to cheat myself by taking shortcuts instead of working hard for a result. I would let my mind convince me that I’m weak. But I don’t. I know that I’m a strong person both mentally and physically.

One more day left in this season. Tomorrow is the final push.

I couldn’t be more proud of these kids. They worked so hard to finally be able to say they are the champions.

It’s a privilege to be, once again, apart of the program that shaped me to who I am today. It’s also an honor to be working with a great staff as well. I’ve learned so much as a teacher this one season from both the kids and the people I work with. I couldn’t thank everyone enough for this opportunity.

Congratulations on the well deserved gold, Logan. It’s nice to be able to say champions again, yes?

Cheers to a great season. I have never been more nervous and proud before. Not even as a performer. Teaching is truly an experience of its own.
