I went to Dragon Con today and went to a panel about the influence of 80â˛s anime. They were handing around old anime magazines and this one had Sherlock Hound in it, so I took pictures of it.
El Hazard was the first anime I have ever watched. Â Itâs also my favorite. Â
It was hard to find collectables for it. Â I had a shirt back in high school, but that didnât survive. Â I also own the VHS and DVDs for both the OAV and the TV series, but those are stored away where I canât get them very easily.
The book in the lower right is a North American tabletop game book. Â The above books are Japanese art books. Â It made my day every time I found one somewhere.
The Ifurita figure was part of a set that had a bunch of characters from different anime. Â Between my husband and myself we knew all the characters anyway, so it was a good buy.
The bottom Japanese book has sketches and concept art in it. Â That is probably one of my favorite collectables in my collection. Â ^_^
my updated collection, 80 vhs, added more from the same person i bought 50 from earlier in the year.

So, while browsing around on Perfect Dark, I managed to download this âGeneral Products Catalog 1984â which has some pretty cool old stuff listed. Sadly I donât think I can send in an order for this stuff anymore. The full thing is 36 pages if anyoneâs curious.
