So this is gonna be a sort of Tokyo Ghoul (Root A) review. You must know this is my opinion about it, so you don’t have to agree with me at all!

Tokyo has become a cruel and merciless city—a place where vicious creatures called “ghouls” exist alongside humans. The citizens of this once great metropolis live in constant fear of these bloodthirsty savages and their thirst for human flesh. However, the greatest threat these ghouls pose is their dangerous ability to masquerade as humans and blend in with society.

I really liked the anime (also because off the genres), but the storyline was also good. I liked Root A better, because of the development. And to be precisely the development of Ken Kaneki. His whole life changed when he became half human and half ghoul. It must have been so hard on him. I also really liked the way the staff from Anteiku tried to help him, especially Touka. She was such a good friend to him who didn’t abandon him even when he kind off abandoned her. And deep inside Kaneki is a good guy even though he went to so much.

The opening from Root A really sucked in my eyes lol. 

I gave both season a 7.

But if you are into action, drama, horror, mystery, psychological, seinen and supernatural (this are the genres according to MyAnimeList.net) it’s definitely a recommender!
