Ā From his makeshift home in theĀ ā Parts and ServicesĀ ā room, did Foxy activate. When midnight hit, that had been the time to roam for any of the animatronics, including the ones who were out of order.Ā
Ā The manager, wicked in his own special way, putting a destiny onto the animatronics, twisted coding, and put blame on incidents that did not pertain to the animatronics. Foxy happened to be one of the few animatronics blamed on biting a kidās head when that had not been the case. The manager always did anything to keep the most popular and well-known star of the pizzeria active. Anything to get his money.
Ā Being blamed, Foxy had no care for. But during the day, listening to the hopeless noises of investigators searching again and again for the bodies of the kidnapped children that happened not too long ago. Foxy had been one to witness the children following a day guard clad in purple.Ā
Ā That is partially why Foxy roamed into the security office more often than the others. The guards were seen as evil, and that was something that left murder in Foxyās reputation as an animatronic.
Ā Metal hit against the tiles and roaming was what Foxy decided to do. A shuffling from his feet and the small sounds of movement that came from him moving his legs up and down and ears rotating a fourth around. The same pattern he did every night; get out of the room and into the halls. The long hallways, dark as it was, and eye lights flickered from the lack of repairs. Foxyās broken jaw stayed low, and he found himself to stop just enough to where light could show him.Ā
Ā Foxy traveled to wherever his system had pleased, wherever curiosity got to the better. The small static sounds he had heard ( just barely ) gave him notice of who had been in the halls with him. Despite his voicebox being broken, there was a decision he chose to make; to speak to the other Foxy animatronic.
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā ā A - A - Ahoy Mangle!Ā ā
Her head snapped around at the broken voice, the pinprick of silver light in her left eye seeming to gleamĀ in the darkness of the hall. The light from her right eye was more vibrant and she hesitated before moving forward, her body completely facing the other.Ā
She almost found a kindred spirit in the Foxy she had replaced. She hardly knew why she replaced him, as the information was lost in the corruption of her coding. The corruption ate at her as she let the children play with her, provoking the faulty connections in her endoskeleton and the servos on which she relied. Mangle almost smiled as she looked at the other Foxy. Her mismatched eyes roved over his form and she almost felt jealous. His fur was a russet color, despite being degraded over time. She wondered how strong hisĀ endoskeleton was and how it had served him over the years.
āHello, Foxy,ā she greeted in return.
Mangle wanted to help repair Foxy, or to find someone who was able to repair the older animatronic. The sagging jaw was evidence of how broken the older ones were. She hardly understood why she wasnāt held in the Parts and Services area. She might have been new, part of the toyĀ ālineā the company instituted, but she was as broken and mangledĀ as the older batch.
She resigned herself to her form and allowed herself to relax before she scanned the area. The sounds of the restaurant were broken by the terror amassing in the night guardās office. Mangleās static surrounded her, a twisted security blanket so things never grew silent.
Mangle tilted her head to the side a little, bow tie moving as her neck shifted, and asked,Ā āDonāt you usually take a different route, sugar? Weāre closer to the stage than we are to the main hall.ā
