In my Invaders of Irk series, there's this group of Irkens called the Irken Resistance against the Empire. They are led by the Sapphire Legion, Miyuki's ex-royal guard who were exiled after launching a rebellion against Spork and the Imperial High Council (Basically the Irkens' top military leaders and civilian ministers) who were turning Irk back into a warmongering empire after Spork is led to believe that the Vortians were responsible for Miyuki's death.

Since I have permission to use your OCs...is it alright if I include the Consulars among the ranks of the Irken rebels since...I figured that since they were psychic and with the Sapphire Legion in full revolt in my stories, they would know about what happened at Station 9 or at least figure it out much earlier than in canon and given Darth's attachment towards Miyuki...I figured that the High Council (who ordered a coverup of Miyuki's death) would order the Consulars to be executed to maintain the coverup with the surviving members fleeing to join the Irken Resistance.

There's a blackout/boycott being organized starting on August 13th, the day the policy is supposed to go into effect. That day, we stop using youtube until they roll it back. Use other video websites (cuz they do exist) if you have a youtube premium subscriptin (for some reason), cancel it and state this new policy as the reason why. leave feedback on why you're against this. Call them and don't email. no human answers the emails. and more importantly, TANK. THEIR. RATINGS. On the 13th, go to the app store if you have the youtube app, and en masse leave 1 star reviews and site this new policy as the reason why.

It's never about the kids when it comes to stuff like this. They're only ever used as a scapegoat and this will make kids even less safe.

Spread the word. reblog. lets give youtube HELL! make them listen!

if we don't make them backpedal here, they can and WILL try to expand this globally and to the rest of google (whom owns youtube)

while I'm at it, since it *is* owned by google, leave a 1 star review for it on the google play store as well

Hello friends,

I have held onto this news for a while now, hoping that we could reverse it, change it, make something good out of it. But sadly I don’t think that’s possible right now.

It’s with a heavy heart that I tell you Dead End is over.

Obviously, we never wanted this to be the case.  In fact, we did a writers room for Season 3.  We have scripts and designs and outlines ready to go.  It was always the plan to give these characters the proper ending they deserve.   But sadly, the powers that be don’t want any more. 

Honestly, we were lucky to make it through everything happening in the last few years.  And I want to emphasize my gratitude to Netflix for commissioning the show and for giving us the freedom to tell this story.  We made history together and I couldn’t be prouder of those twenty episodes and every single member of our crew.

I want to give a huge thank you to the fans.  Your art, cosplay, fic, reactions, TikToks and every interaction with me has been a delight.  I never could have dreamed of a warmer response.  I’ve been so anxious to post this news thinking about you lot.  I hope you’ll be ok. 

So… a sad day.  But I believe we will finish this story some day, some how.  For now, I am working hard on the third and final DeadEndia book which I hope offers some closure.  Our Season 3 plan was based heavily on it.  And I continue to pitch shows with the same heart as Dead End. 

But until then, I hope Barney, Norma, Pugsley, Courtney and the whole Phoenix Parks crew will continue to give you comfort in times of darkness.
