“Hey babe,” Dallas idly responds as he steps foot into their bedroom.  He drops his gym bag to the floor as he starts working out some tension in his shoulder.  It wasn’t until he catches Juno’s reflection in the mirror that his face lights up, all tension leaving his body from an intense practice.  Dallas steps behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist, “I’m thinking you took better than me in these colors.”

peter shifted on his feet, trying to find someone to talk to after losing his friends and immediately spotted the blonde who didn’t seem all that stoked to be there and really, he wasn’t either. he slowly approached her and before he could open his mouth, she was shutting him down. “i don’t either. i’d embarrass myself if i went out there. i was just wondering if maybe you wanted some company.”

“sorry that was a little harsh” she mutters, iona was annoyed because she’d lost her friends, this was meant to be a girls night. she takes a sip from her drink, she couldn’t see anyone else she knew, “oh yeah? sounds like we should both stay away from the dance floor” a slight laugh fell from her lips. “alright, go on then mr. stranger, let’s find somewhere quieter” she replies, “i’m iona by the way”.

a nervous feeling settled in her stomach as he spoke, “are you sure?” daphne had been through this before. a jock had invited her to a game and it hadn’t gone the way she wanted it to and she ended up getting hurt over the whole ordeal. she really wanted to believe adam was different though. “i mean,” she cleared her throat, “you want to invite your biggest fan?” she attempted to joke.

adam quirks a brow in response to her words, "course i am. why wouldn't i be?" he was confused, he didn’t think this was a big deal. he was unaware as to what had happened the previous time, he was being deadly serious though. “yeah, i do. i need a cheerleader in the stands” he replies, pressing a kiss to the top of her head, “it’ll be fun”.

she’s been away on location for a month– and she’s fairly sure it’s killing her. She loves acting, loves how well her career is going but being away from Aryan– was murder. Face time with him and Freya helped, but it wasn’t enough. Not quite the same as being woken up by Freya’s excited screams, or Aryan pressing kisses into her neck. So the first long break she has– she gets on a plane. She tries her best to open the door to the house quietly. She can hear the sounds of laughter coming from the kitchen and tip toes in that direction. She waltzes into the kitchen with a big smile on her face, and her hands on her hips. “Honestly–you’re gone a month and people just refuse to set your place. Have you both forgotten me already?”

atticus was dropping her son off at his grandparents house (on his father’s side), it was his grandfathers birthday. she’d planned on just dropping the boy off but her ex mother-in-law had roped her in to staying for just one drink, she promised things wouldn’t be “awkward”.
