After We Die is a statless, OC-only afterlife roleplay. The site begins contained within the confines of a single monastery, but the expansion of the setting via multiversal dungeons and events are a key focus of the plot, with overarching lore for the nature of this realm and a defined ending.

Characters can die and respawn. They can be veterans or newly dead. They can amass items and expand their kit. Above all, they can come from any dimension, time period, or previous site. The only requirement is that they appear human. How much and whether you engage with these elements is up to you, but be forewarned that the state of the monastery itself will change based on events.

Neural links and artificial reality can offer life-like experiences, but it will always lack the nuance of physically attending a party. Especially when said party aims to connect lonely singles, just like those invasive popups when navigating the questionable online pages.

At Symposia, the Blindspot isn’t just about finding love — it’s about flirtation in the dark, reckless chemistry, and the electric thrill of someone new!

This is Soteria Eterna’s first social event! Come mingle and meet new characters, form short and quick connections or long and deep ones that span into fun plots. Whatever it is, it’ll be a good time!

There will be games after everyone has found a partner (or partners!) for some added fun! Maybe it’ll heat up the chemistry between attendees… or maybe it’ll be an awkward flop!

This is a wanted-ad for Kai's foil. An older gentleman who's down-to-earth, wholesome, adorable, a cinnamon roll personified - and who has no idea that my character is in crime... let alone a crime boss. 

Preferably has a chill job to reflect that: a baker, agriculture, barkeep, "antique" bookstore keeper or other antique shop owner, librarian, or something else. But I don't mind him having a fed job or something else. I just ask he not be involved in crime to foil my character. Kai is on Soteria Eterna, which has the cyberpunk space setting. But your character can be from any of the other planets. This character can be organimorph (human or alien), synthetimorph (android), biohack, or any of the other. Recommended FC is Hayden from Fields of Mistria. Open to others. Don't want a thin, androgynous fellow, though. Alien FCs are also fine (e.g. Mass Effect's Turians). No guarantees. Would like to see them meet for the first time and see how it goes. I also like slowburns.
