Nasty ex tenant creating trouble. The police told them NOT to return to property have a 3rd party pick up their stuff no Melanie Hoppenworth doesn’t follow instructions one bit and created trouble for her husband’s friend Vincent Parr who got himself arrested for simple assault.

Neighbor in the hood is above the law got away with being abusive to woman on porch. The language of racial slurs could be heard from him.. The assault couldn’t be seen on film.
