Biloxi police arrested 20-year-old Jacob Towe of Ione, California for felony simple assault on an emergency medical employee.
Police say the arrest occurred in a local emergency room where Towe assaulted an employee of the hospital who was attempting to provide medical care. Injuries sustained from the assault did not require any medical attention.
His bond is set at $5,000.

Police say officers and AMR assisted 58-year-old Marvin Watkins of Florida after falling off his bike on Pass Road.
