Welcome! I know it has been quite a while since I was able to serve you. Sometimes, life strikes when we least expect it.  It can cause a myriad of stress, confusion, and how to rebuild from the traumas. I know because I've lived it multiple times over. I never quit, though. It's not always simple to pull ourselves out of the darkness. We all need guidance; we all need a hand up from time to time. There is no shame in asking for help or needing someone to sit and talk to. There is no shame in airing out everything on your chest and on your mind. Is your heart broken? Are you struggling with life? Let me offer you some comfort and give you a touch of peace served up with compassion and understanding.

Unlike some readers, I don't charge a ton for my Soul Sessions. Flat rate $10 for up to 15 minutes.

You must be so exhausted some days. You give and give ,even when there is nothing left of you. Your energy, shared in service out of genuine care ,kindness and love.Tasks of the highest good often leave you feeling depleted and alone and like there is nothing in the world for you.

FInd 30 minutes,just for you. Take a relaxing bath, read a book, watch your favorite trashy tv show to get lost in. Make time for yourself, tending to yourself now,you are reminded to so more often.

Remember, boundaries are important and so are your words. There is great power in the word NO. I know, it's difficult to get used to. I've been there. Create the habit of self protection. Deep breath in,let it out, Now, repeat after me:

No ,Thank you.

No, I can't

No explantion is needed because NO is a complete sentence.

Saying NO feels like an obstacle, this obstacle is able to be overcome with practice and merely a detour in the right direction. The more you use the magic word, the stronger you feel.

The cards are still a message from the Universe no matter how labeled or described.

Let me make this exceptionally clear. You are a human living on this pale blue dot with a bunch of control freaks who think they know you better than you know yourself.You are on your own journey of self discovery and they can’t stop you. Your spirit journey doesn’t have to inculde the religion if you’ve been questioning on you for years. It’s ok to challenge and unlearn and let go if that is what you want to do. I know first hand what religious trauma is like and how it can shape your life decisions.

Another thing I want to address is the fact that some people think that a spirit journey doesnt include sexuality. Sex and Sexuality is absolutley part of that walk. It is absolutley ok to experiment,fantasize and consentually explore that aspect of your life. You are allowed to speak freely about these topics in our 100% confedential sessions. There is no judgement here.
