11:22ADD turned 5 today!

When your friend invites you to their family gathering and you know there is going to be pictures. I think it's thoughtful to ask if friend* is dressing the family matchy matchy. If she's that one friend that gets c*nty on you sometimes chances are she is, but you are not included. Go with the flow. Not theirs. Yours. So, consider the season and select some neutrals and whatever makes you look fabulous. Grey can fit in with anything. Just find the right shade for you season and occasion. From experience- c*nty is going to be matchy with her cronies. Learn from experience. Grow from experience. Don't go back after you've experienced. Life is too short to handle a friendship with kid gloves. Just be that fabulous, fun, carefree person that you love. And smile for the camera. Get a little sassy too! Werk!

I'm feelin myself! To be able to say my goals are more important to me than attention. To recognize and spare myself from getting anymore involved with a man that is not only going to drain me of my precious time, but of my energy too. When I am building my empire I need a King or just and admirer. Not someone who is on the bottom trying to get to the top. Using my companionship as a rung, oh that is not something that I will allow anyone to do. I have my homies. I have my place. I have my routine. I have my likes and dislikes. I have made all the mistakes I can so that I can live freely without worry. To feel confident and competent. There are men that will take and take from strong women. It's the strongest woman that can politely and effectively tell them to go away.
