I was pretty pleased with the playback on the Finale file, so I exported it as an mp3. It ended up sounding tolerably close to the original if I do say so myself. (I set the voice playback to clarinet, because Finale’s synth voice sounds are truly horrendous, and I couldn’t get the last chord to sound as a rolled chord, so the end is a little off, but other than that…)

The Candle Wasters + first episodes

The Candle Wasters new series is an adaptation of William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. In episode one follow mischievous Puck as they navigate their way to and through a midsummer night’s party. 

“What do people in Shakespeare plays do, when it’s all fucked? When they’re trapped? How do they work it all out? Maybe stories are just stories. Or maybe…we could make our life a story.”
