揭秘白银案：

被莅事者无耻谰言包裹的骇人真相，刑侦史上最腌臜的群体失能和惊天造孽丑闻，注定将永钉刑侦界耻辱柱上！

筆者两篇写于16年2、3月份（同期已赋能市局、省厅及部刑侦剧局。另嫌犯高承勇2016年8月26日到案），有关白银案的分析文章（《分析研判及建议对策》和《补充侦查思路、建议及具体操作细节说明》），其中多半的分析可算极为精准（粗略估计约有20余处）：

1.  凶手连续多次选择在白银市区作案，应当是与白银有某种内在的关联和渊源（在没有其他线索可倚重的情势下，此为关键主线）。

2. 域内、周边县市；视案发期间交通覆盖范围而定（有三起案件案发时间节点很关键！）。

3. 凶手后来没有继续犯案原因分析：

①. 患病、年老体弱（准确讲，年長體弱更確切些。注：据高某到案后供述，年龄渐长，杀人力不从心。加上两儿子入白银读中学，成绩均较好，长子还一度考了镇第一名。怕给他们造成影响，故而停手）；

③. 主动或因工作变动等离开白银；后期大范围排查和通告打草惊蛇惊扰了凶手，令其嗅到了危险并因之收手、隐匿或逃遁、蛰伏。笔者较倾向于①、③的分析，尤以③的可能性为最（注：其到案后供述两个孩子上学需用钱，02年后前往内蒙等地打工；应该也有规避侦查的想法、动因）。

4. 哪怕举全省1/4警力，花上5年时间，也要破获此案。

5. 相信有指纹和DNA这两样“铁证”在手，假以时日，定可缚住恶魔！！

6. 需要申明的是，在案发现场多次留下指纹和DNA证据的其实并非是什么高智商犯罪！

7. 倘有所侧重地重启或继续对该案的调查，笔者研判分析认为仍有80%以上的破案几率。

8. 甚至可以有理由相信距最终抓获凶手不远！

等等观点。

“2001年8月，此案被公安部列为督办案件”，十多年来“案件迟迟没有取得实质性突破”，在“社会公众纷纷认为这起案件将成为一起无法侦破的悬案”的情况下，据理所作“研判分析认为仍有80%以上的破案几率”的推论算是给遇挫受阻多年的侦破工作带去了些许囊萤之光：

凶手虽穷凶极恶，但其长相外形却可能较为普通，甚或貌似忠良（注：照片里长相、生活中沉默讷言的性格确实比较符合普通、忠良特征）；

一般意义上可能的无业、闲散人员、民工、流动人员、水电木瓦（油）漆工等（注：以前在青海和内蒙打工；去内蒙做过建筑工；烧锅炉）；

技术人员（在白银做过金属冶炼、钢管厂打工；铝厂干过两年；后来去了平川的一个化肥厂）；

店主（白银工业学校小卖部店主）；

服务业者的可能性居多（其曾在事发地附近的胜利街扒活做临工约一年多）；

于首案的肇始似应有迹可循，或可窥见端倪；加强对域内、周边省市县及全国库里过往发生的跟踪、入室盗窃、猥亵、强奸等前科劣迹和羁押服刑人员的比对工作（注：据其供述，首案因盗窃被撞破而起，符合对首案的“很多大案往往肇始于小案”的预判，“跟踪、入室盗窃、猥亵、强奸”的范围也较准确。当然，客观上其并未留下案底)；

入赘、在外购房、入户及经常或长期在外务工经商就业的等（注：其多年没在老家居住，长期在青海、内蒙及白银等地辗转打工、生活）；

能在市区和大白天情况下连续犯下9起命案（注：警方曾长期公布白银案涉案9起（高到案供称10起），遂悄然改为了10起，即增加了02年陶乐春宾馆常包房房客朱某的1起；涉蒙的由2案降为1起（包头昆都仑区的），所以部称的甘蒙805连环强奸杀害女性案最终仍然是11起。但涉蒙案迄今仍语焉不详，云山雾罩，讳莫如深。按党国文宣套路和尿性，可以想见必定是黑幕重重），应属心理素质强悍、胆大妄为（注：高某竟然在案发后举家租住在离其中一位受害者罗某家仅300米左右的白银棉纺厂职工宿舍小区长达6年（06~12年）之久！！！）

案犯之前应当是至少与（末案）受害者有过接触的，而且可以认为其应当是通过某种途径和方法抑或是利用其职业、身份的便利和掩护，套取获得了受害人的基本情况（未见后续报道，警方仅在破案后通报末案为：搭识同宿，从门进入！据女子身份疑为舞厅搭识，结合“98.1.16”案“舞厅常客杨某”，或可歪打正着指向凶手会跳舞。因警方尚未公布详情，这一点为揣测，尚无从查考）。

此处不一一赘述。

 “虑及民间或荒诞不经或危言耸听及以讹传讹之种种乱像，实云遮雾罩莫衷一是，故需吹尽黄沙竭虑思辨，方有利于厘清真相及得出较合理推论。”由于较好地做到了去伪存真、去芜存菁，故而规避了多数常见和众说纷纭的误区：如医生、屠夫说；未婚、单身、独居说；女性、少年、外国人说等。另外还有：

官方通报：“整个案件几乎没有目击者”；“（张欣）本想从这里面得到关于嫌疑人的身高、年龄等信息，哪怕蛛丝马迹也行，结果看下来心都凉了，几乎没有目击者”。就常识而言，“能在市区而且是大白天情况下连续犯下9起命案”，“案犯应当是有进行过观察、盯梢、跟踪，甚至是之前与部分受害者有一定程度接触”等情形的，“通常情况下案发前后应当是有目击、照面甚至是接触者的”（注：2016年8月份警方公布有“画像”，特别是新闻报道案发多年后证实存在和仍较容易找到目击者，而且不止一位！如腾讯新闻轻易就能找到的“余秀兰”夫妇及其邻居等。）

“感觉当年做了很多无用功。那时候，我们通过作案手法、心理等多方面的分析，将人群设定为高学历的青年男子。但没想到，他只是个没能考上大学的农民。”（2016-08-31《北京晨报》）（对于罪犯身份，《补充侦查思路》明确指出：“需要申明的是，在案发现场数次留下指纹和DNA证据的其实并非是什么高智商犯罪”，“一般意义上可能的无业、闲散人员、民工、流动人员、水电木瓦（油）漆工”等，并不能特定为“高学历”！）

“如今他们才知道问题出在哪里——高承勇户籍所在的兰州农村，因为排查困难，当时并没有录入指纹”。（2016年08月27日《新京报》）（实际上是“警方认定凶手是生活在城里的一个高学历犯罪分子，没有在周边农村地区开展检测”（2016-09-02 《参考消息网》）。《分析研判及建议对策》指出“不排除居住或户籍在周边县市、郊区及外地”，并且有几起案发时间节点很关键！故务须“省厅定准、统筹、协调和分工”，“举全省1/4警力，花上5年时间，也要破获此案”！）

相较于白银警方的失误，分析也避开和指出了《宣传提纲》里事先不易觉察的雷区：

在白银市区有独居条件。（推断错误，只能说“犯案时离异、分居和单独居住可能性较大”，“但亦不排除已婚及和家人一起居住的可能性。例如香港的雨夜屠夫林犯即和家人一起居住。另外广州有过类似案件，凶犯罗某有妻儿家庭”，并不能断言“独居”！而且“不排除居住或户籍在周边县市、郊区及外地”。）

有较严重的性变态心理，或者生理缺陷，特别是具有性功能间歇性障碍症。（这种结论浮于表象，主观性太强且逻辑性太弱，且非具象化特征，隐秘而高难，不具实操意义，应该属于错误推定或者说至少属无用推定，故未予采信。）

等等。

那么除了“正愁没人教，天上掉下个粘豆包”式的运气垂青之外，曾经的世纪悬案究竟有没有一些线索可以通向必然破案之路？难道除了倚靠科技进步及高某堂兄（党媒喂料称系高的堂叔在威远行贿）入瓮两巧立功显威外，就真的别无他法？

很显然，不同于“南大碎尸案”，白银案并非不可破之案：该案有具体和确定的指征（均留有第一现场；系列案件有共性；九起案件或有目击者；案犯数次留下了包括指纹、掌纹、足印、精斑等一系列可助排查凶手及具排他性、足以指证的痕迹物证等等），完全可以有条件对凶手进行确定和较精准的描述、刻画和勾勒，而排他性物证则更具极强的指向性！

况事后反思及逆推理，高某为跨过黄河铁桥即抵的彼岸青城农民，并且其还在白银累计生活了10多年！（高某在白银务工过几年；案发后举家租住在白银棉纺厂职工宿舍小区长达6年之久；在白银工业学校小卖部生活1年多。）

 被打得满地找牙却又全无还手之力的神探们安能无动于衷乎？在党媒喉舌火力全开的集体聒噪下，已得道升天的各路大神难道就甘受如此奇耻大辱不成吗？不需要为自己水平、能力、IQ讨个说法？多年煊赫声名尽毁于白银雁门关一役，难道就此望峰息无欲无求一心只往塞外牧马放羊不再过问江湖之事？

就凭公安部及刑侦局已把诸位来前儿的车票机票钱给报了，怎么着也得找找命门所在和破解之法，至少也该总结反思逆向推理一下吧！岂可潜身缩首，苟图衣食？

事后诸葛亮也行啊！怎么能灰头土脸不置一词就此隐忍别过？假如时光倒流有没有想法再跟高某重新比划几下？怎么个切磋法？

警方本次破案带有很大偶然性的成分，或者说运气的成分居多，更倚仗科技进步。其实如果之前牢牢抓住几点，或许就可以及早通过较精准涵盖庶无例外，以不只仰赖运气而是以更合乎情理逻辑、令人信服、最优排查的实力破案的方式呈现给公众：

一. 域内、周边县市可能具备作案时间和条件的：

0. 无业、闲散人员、民工、流动人员、水电木瓦漆工等；店主；技术人员及其他时间相对自由工作者等。

1. 外出、迁出人员，如入赘、在外购房、入户及经常或长期在外务工经商就业的（这种引发舆论沸反盈天的大案及迫于警方大规模排查的压力，大多数情况下案犯都应该会有规避举措，某种程度上算是打草惊蛇、敲山震虎）。

二.

1. 案犯应当是与白银有着某种内在的关联和渊源，宜重点排查案发期间及其后符合比对条件的（可据已知信息斟酌损益），分类梯次推进：

2. 在白银生活工作租住过，如店主、服务业、加工业、自由职业及其他工作时间相对灵活的工作者等；

3. 因工作需要常驻或长期往来白银的相关人员，如客货车司机、办事员、采购、批发商贩等；

4. 凶手对白银较为熟悉，不排除曾在白银上过学，及被寄养、过继、抱养，长大后重回父母身边或原户籍地的；

5. 妻子、女友、情人为白银户籍和有近亲属在白银的外地人（注：其后新闻证实其妻张×凤即为白银靖远人；其二子均在白银上中学；其二姐就嫁在事发地之一的白银水川镇；另外一个姐夫至今仍在白银开小商店）

6. 其它。

三. 推进对域内剩余和周边县市当中符合比对条件的普通人群的排查工作（视案发期间交通覆盖范围而定）（可在前述排查均不奏效的情况下为之，范围可先小后大）。

四. 加大悬赏额度，最大程度地调动发挥群众参与的积极性能动性，要相信和依靠广大人民群众的线索、智慧和能量。（人民的力量是无穷的，而且树上开花远交近攻，远胜彼隔靴搔痒光于外围逡巡，故可发动公众检举揭发。该案若精准抓住重点，完全应该可以收到“踏破铁鞋无觅处，得来全不费工夫”的奇效，而不必悬搁十数年，以致受尽讥诮怨怼！当然白银警方欲说还休、盲人摸象式的分析刻画有待商榷，部分甚至可说是应当预见和避免的偏差和谬误，这种纰误直接阻滞了案件侦破进程！

譬如直到2004年（首案发生16年后！）为应付舆论压力才不得不用《宣传提肛》代替可资破案必需要素之一的即时的《悬赏通告》，这是党国神探们及其体系的伟大创举之一！

I believe that with the two "hard evidences" of fingerprints and DNA in hand, the devil can be bound in time! !

It should be stated that leaving fingerprints and DNA evidence at the crime scene many times is not actually a high-IQ crime!

If the investigation of the case is restarted or continued with a focus, the author's analysis believes that there is still more than 80% chance of solving the case.

There is even reason to believe that the murderer is not far away from being caught! And other views. "In August 2001, the case was listed as a supervised case by the Ministry of Public Security." For more than ten years, "there has been no substantial breakthrough in the case." "The public believed that this case would become an unsolved cold case." 3. Ideas, countermeasures and suggestions

Although the murderer is extremely vicious, but his appearance may be more ordinary, or even looks loyal (does not rule out the possibility of weak writing or handsome). In view of the possible double-sided personality appearance that is extremely confusing, except for unemployed, idle workers, migrant workers, mobile workers, shingle electricians, etc., students, teachers, demobilized soldiers, technicians, shopkeepers, etc. Civil servants, cadres and children of wealthy families must also be included in the comparison. In view of the particularity of this big case, any possibility should not be easily eliminated!

The murderer can commit 9 consecutive homicides in the urban area and in broad daylight. In addition to being bold, he may also have better professional convenience, cover or disguise, such as water and electricity installation, waste purchase, deliveryman, police assistant, security guard, travel doctor , Meter reading, door-to-door sales, sales, cleaning, and other door-to-door service providers.

According to the known information, the perpetrator should have observed, tracked, followed, and even had close contact with the victim in advance. Under normal circumstances, there should be witnesses, face-to-face, and even contacts. However, due to the missed golden period for solving the case, especially the lack of effective witnesses, the only way to compare and compare is based on the evidence obtained:

1. The first and last two cases and the little girl cases in 1988 and 2002 should focus on the discovery of clues, which seems to be traceable (limited by space, not shown here). 最近在网上了解到白银连环变态杀人案，看后着实让人震惊！基于有限的信息，思虑民间或胡思乱想或耸人听闻或以讹传讹之种种乱像，实云遮雾罩莫衷一是，故需吹尽黄沙审慎思辨，方有利于厘清事实及得出较合理推论。陈情如下：

一．对凶手已知信息的刻画勾勒及分析研判

1. 凶手连续多次选择在白银市区作案，应当是与白银有某种内在的关联和渊源：极有可能在白银居住过或即为白银籍,没有比对中，可能是有遗漏或被案犯规避。不排除居住或户籍在周边县市、郊区及外地；

白银案后续概略：被告人高承勇涉嫌犯故意杀人罪于2016年8月26日被白银市公安局刑事拘留,同年9月30日被白银市公安局逮捕。白银市人民检察院以被告人高某某犯故意杀人罪、强奸罪、抢劫罪、侮辱尸体罪,向白银市中级人民法院提起公诉。法院在进行程序性审查后,于今年5月2日依法受理了此案。

嫌疑人高某某涉嫌故意杀人、强奸、抢劫、侮辱尸体一案于7月18日上午在白银市白银区人民法院不公开开庭审理。

白银案里信息发布及对新闻的审查和管控达到了令人咋舌和堪称变态的程度！从耳朵起茧的“1988年案发至今，白银公安局换了8任局长”“案发时，白银公安系统共有民警约250人参与了此案侦查，他们都背负着阴影生活、工作”“那时科技不发达，指纹比对全靠人工” “光是专案组长就退休了两任了，但是始终没有放”等说辞，到而今所谓的“不公开开庭审理”，诡异腌臜与欺骗隐瞒并存。

事出反常必有妖！严控其实正说明了背后有着太多的黑幕和猫腻！！

假如时光可以重来，又有多少丑行等待揭开？

案件已经审查终结，嗜血狂魔高承勇都被提起公诉、审理(不公开)了，央视记者采访高某本人也已近一年，视频为什么一直不让播出呢？还要继续遮丑和掩盖吗？

那位向张欣提供画像素材的女工夫妇看到的究竟是不是高承勇本尊，还是精神有问题的武疯子？能否让女工夫妇和高承勇当面轧对？

而腾讯新闻记者28年后轻易就能找到的幸存者“余秀兰”及其邻居接触和目击的行凶者据信才是高承勇真身，能否证实确认？其向白银警方提供的兰州口音、凶手身高约1米78左右等等线索为何没有被采纳？

还有，高某究竟通过什么途径搭识白银系列案末案受害者陶乐春宾馆长住客朱某的？其进出宾馆前后究竟有没人看到？

此外央视自己的发问谁来解答：

高承勇为什么会对这么多女性痛下杀手？同一地点作案，难道就不怕警方将其抓获吗？98年顶风连续密集犯案4起又有什么心理诱因？

其到底经历了什么样的心路历程，遭遇了哪些重大转变或变故，具体是哪些因素导致其堕落、嬗变成连环杀人恶魔的？？

等等。

连公布事实真相的勇气和公开谈论的意愿都没有，又谈何公开透明客观公正？更遑论专业廉明高效通达了！！欺瞒吹撒、公信丧失下无怪乎警民对立、群体性事件多发高发！

甘蒙喋血，一时多少豪杰！白银惊天大案可谓是兴师动众大费周章，庶几动用了全国刑侦界大半豪华阵容，大内高手粉墨登场近乎倾巢而出：“2001年‘白银案’公安部督办”“百密无疏、国产福尔摩斯、八大首席之乌国庆”“刑侦界神笔马良、首席模拟画像专家张欣”“公安部八大专家”际会“驰誉美帝之华裔神探李昌钰”“2002年公安部再次组织专家‘会诊’”“公安部工作组先后4次带领刑侦专家赴白银市、包头市研讨案件”“公安部将该案定为部督案件，在以后的几年中，多次派出刑侦及法医专家与甘肃省公安厅刑警总队成员组成专家组对案件进行会诊”“全国最好的犯罪心理学家，去了好几个，顶尖的都去了”“上百位刑侦专家来来去去” ……

如此这般冠盖云集，本应是旌麾所指坏怂束手，孰料一众侠士竟然尽皆掉粉脱漆黯然失色，全部望峰息心江郎才尽！悉败于彼岸青城一进城民工锋刃之下！

大江东去，浪淘尽千古懵逼废柴人物！各路位列仙班的神探们应该都是憋着一股气，最后却只是放了几个屁:“没有追寻线索”“所有侦查方向都是无效的”“当时在专案组的专家和张欣说，这个案子只有’神仙下凡才能破了’！”（2016年09月10日《新京报》）

试问数百名中外刑侦大咖应召雷同云集、接续数十年的白银会战，缘何却成吃相不雅众神探跌份掉粉的大乱斗？本该是几十年道行已臻修仙得道的巨擘大拿们群英荟萃、呈泰山压顶之势的诸神围歼之战缘何惨变盲人摸象、萝卜开会，竟不敌一两番高考落榜的失意农民？

很显然，其中之一就是党国体制下阉党厂公们罔顾民意民智，刑侦也喜欢走隐瞒矿难的套路，连坦陈白银案案件发生、公开承认舆情属实的底气都没有！特别是98年一连发生4起同类型女性遭受强奸和残杀的系列惨烈命案，都不敢公开基本案件事实以警示市民、提高公众防范意识、震慑阻嚇犯罪和即时向社会公开征集破案线索，甘肃省厅都没有统领周边各市局协力办案，未做到“定准、统筹、协调和分工”等等无能乱象，硬是把有一定难度但有诸多共性、众多证据指向和排他性物证的系列恶性案件集体拖延、掖藏成了举世瞩目、名动中外的世纪悬案！！更遑论充斥其间的钳制操弄、掩盖遮丑、诓骗促狭、盲目护犊等腌臜污秽乱象！而瞎猫碰个死老鼠自然也不是令人信服的破案方式，藉之无脑跪舔吹嘘则更属一叶障目不见泰山！！(“直到2004年，基于传言众多、社会影响太大，再不公布案情已无法向社会交代，白银市公安局才公布了一份《白银市公安局侦破系列强奸杀人案件宣传提肛》，证实了‘白银确实出了个杀人狂’不是一个社会传言。”)

在利为民所谋、权为民所用的、情为民所系，共贪党是代表最广大人民根本利益、代表先进生产力发展要求、代表先进文化发展方向等一系列的谎言聒噪和无耻忽悠下，在集体失能噤声、掩盖拖延与揽功推过、刑侦吃大锅饭等一贯的潜规则横行与造孽中，14年里11条鲜活女性的生命就此倏忽而逝！

邪党恶棍们视人命如同草芥竟至于此！！！

与此相反，病急乱投医，抓住鸡毛当令箭，竟然把一位行为、举止怪异乃至身高、体重又或者年龄等明显不符，疑似精神不正常的武疯子作为嫌疑对象描摹追踪，用尽洪荒之力孜孜以求18年，唱起了一出新时代扯大旗作虎皮、眉毛胡子一把抓的瑰丽刑侦大戏，不啻是现代版的指鹿为马，洵为最可大书特书、尤为奇葩的乌龙事件！白银、甘肃警方不放弃不泄气只便秘，会炫技会吹逼会演戏，虚怀若谷嘉言懿行，刑事之专业、高效、超能，简直是惊天地泣鬼神，令到万民敬仰，后世畏威怀德，可谓是空前绝后、旷古绝今，足可彪炳史册万古流芳！！

白银案里公安系统的莅事厂公们各种呕心沥血披肝沥胆，鞠躬尽瘁死而后已的精彩表演，举全国精粹刑侦力量全心全意为民服务的传奇刑侦故事，绝对应该入选FBI、苏格兰场、警视厅、警察厅、港澳警务处等教学典籍，成为永世传颂褒扬的经典教案！！！

时值甘蒙8.05连环强奸杀人案案发多年搅得两地天崩地坼鸡犬不宁，居民人心惶惶人人自危惊恐莫名之际，“代表人民最根本利益”、跟甘蒙8.05案有涉的王司徒们又有何作为？且看：1997年11月13日，原白银市公安局长翟某因非法倒卖黄金被开除公职并被判处有期徒刑7年。案发时历任内蒙古自治区公安厅刑侦处副处长、处长、厅党委委员、副厅长的伟大诗人、作家和大发明家赵黎平正在屁股决定大脑、用下半身思考，倾尽毕生公安实践和刑侦经验只为后来持枪对付、绝命追杀情妇！而刚刚被查的重庆市公安局局长，因拥有包括价值20多万元的江诗丹顿和逾八万元的劳力士等多块名表，被戏称为“新一代表叔”，并被港媒爆料曾以价值约3000万元的珠宝向周永康行贿的何挺，彼时正历任公安部刑侦局特大案件侦察协调处科员、副主任科员、主任科员、副处长、反恐怖处处长、助理巡视员、刑侦局副局长、局长等职。

即便是对共贪猪意下的党国抱持最大诚意善意之人也不得不承认无官不贪是其最鲜明标签和注脚，那么反腐注定是选择性、运动式和猴子摘桃般的，前述挖出的蝇蛆瘟猪只会是挂一漏万！！

窥斑见豹，一叶知秋，指望一群专精贪渎、钻营、配种的瘟猪、淫棍、种驴及李东生式的皮条客们如李昌钰那般身正影直，心无旁骛地专事刑事鉴识刑侦破案，无异于强让公鸡下蛋，不啻是与虎谋皮、缘木求鱼、痴人说梦！

理应明镜高悬，最可清明、亲民的赢国警察系统、政法痿早已彻底沦堕为低能无为权谋者的会聚之场所和破案无方、敛财有法、不学无术、沐猴而冠、溜须拍马、好大喜功、偏袒护崽、徇私枉法、奸佞当道、拉帮结派、结党营私、好色纵淫、蝇营狗苟者咸集之乐土，成为赏罚不明、窝案高发的法外之地！

不禁想起了三国里诸葛亮的台词：庙堂之上，朽木为官；殿陛之间，禽兽食禄。以致狼心狗行之辈汹汹当朝，奴颜婢膝之徒纷纷秉政。以致使社稷变为丘墟，苍生饱受涂炭之苦！

“干多干少一个样，干好干坏一个样，干与不干一个样”，自从警方习惯于闭门造车内化办案模式和刑侦吃大锅饭，就从来不缺轻慢冒渎公众智商的自捅11刀自杀、挑断脚筋跳楼自杀式奇葩断案和让善良人们揪心愤慨的赵作海、佘祥林、呼格、滕兴善、张高平张辉叔侄、聂树斌、念斌、陈满、陈夏影、钱仁凤、江西乐平式层出不穷，全国范围内已知的数千起冤假错案，更遑论悬案了！故一言以蔽之，类似白银悬案久侦未破，以及众多让受害者一生尽毁甚或付出生命代价的冤假错案却几乎无人可因此被追责判刑，这种事实上的刑不上共贪党冠猿，由此造成严重社会恐慌和政府公信丧失，实为现行党国悖论倒错体制及其愚民、驭民体系下官本位、潜规则、长官意志横行之祸！为伟大的猪圈系统张目，弹压民意使之不能出现触发影响教主长治久安的群体性事件的要务（“和谐”、维稳）压倒一切！！

在一个把精心塑造出来的“首席模拟画像专家、刑侦界神笔马良”都可以当枪使、当厕纸，令其要为邪教擦腚兜底的肮脏体系里，注定结果正确许多只会是误打误撞，更遑论程序正义了！！所以就很容易理解为何竟然把全球几十上百万网友热心集智支招和金玉良言，部分甚至可说是精准导引破案的方法论弃若敝屣、置若罔闻，把确定存在和容易找到并且不止一位目击者这一破案三要件之一默杀和弃诸不用，却举全国刑侦之力行大炮打蚊子、杀鸡用宰牛刀的尴尬、荒诞事了！！居然还可以无耻地用“几乎没有目击者”“没有追寻线索”“不公开审理是因为残忍、涉及隐私”及“案情复杂”这样的屁话胡话鬼话敷衍塞责自摸自嗨，公然忽悠诓骗全国、全世界人民了！！！

在一个公众普遍没有知情权、监督权、话语权，办案基本依靠刑讯逼供及监控，缺乏分权制衡的腌臜分赃体系内，所谓的“命案必破”口号及其高破案率只不过是厂公们揽功推过及官出数字、数字出官的又一诓骗伎俩和愚民花招之一，如同饲喂瘦肉精的壮硕肥猪和注水猪肉般荒谬地存在，只可以拿来恶心人而已！

自从刑侦可以搞内化办案，并且习惯和热衷于吃大锅饭，处处皆刑侦懒汉，警察打死人不见被法办，可以拿冤案当铁案到CCAV矜炫，满街都是聂神探，犯了错误还有临时工恰巧出现，撞运破了案却都要雨露均沾，平时尽作龟缩蛰伏状此刻却如蝇逐臭般大量冒出能显露半个龟头真容的神探，报章荧屏满眼尽是说教洗脑标榜美化卸责洗地吹牛装逼无际无边！！

这就是为什么白银案即使几近动用了举国精粹刑侦力量，甚至请到了李昌钰这一享誉世界的华裔神探，也仍然不能雄起令案件复明反转的根本原因！

这反映了刑侦懒汉们明明没有程序正义，却奢求结果正确的操蛋心理、扯淡尿性！

事实上，白银案不同于“南大碎尸案”，并非不可破之案！

该案有具体和确定的指征：系列案件有共性；白银9起（实为10起）案件或有目击者（包头2起案件，按后续官方口径实为1起，但其始终无相关信息，按部分网友分析，疑“早已破案”，庆功会早就开完了，有关人员业已升官发财！此处不提）；均留有第一现场；案犯数次留下了包括指纹、掌纹、足印、精斑等一系列可助排查凶手及具排他性、足以指证的痕迹物证等等，完全可以有条件对凶手进行确定和较精准的描述、刻画和勾勒；而排他性物证则更具极强的指向性。

况事后反思及逆推理，高某为跨过黄河铁桥即抵的彼岸青城农民，而青城这一千年名镇彼时正值大力发展旅游，交通不可谓不便利，并且高某还在白银累计生活了10多年之久！（其在白银务工过几年；案发后举家租住在白银棉纺厂职工宿舍小区长达6年之久；在白银工业学校小卖部生活1年多。）“偏远农村排查困难”“1988年做下首案后，一直居无定所，行动轨迹飘忽于甘肃的兰州、天水及内蒙古的巴彦淖尔、包头等地”“没有追寻线索”“所有侦查方向都是无效的”等说辞纯属厂公们睁眼说瞎话、顾左右而言他，娴熟搅屎一等下流无耻之变态忽悠！！

砖头与骂声齐飞，唾弃共不满一色！这也是该案绝大多数网友普遍都呈嘘声呛声一片的根本原因！

葫芦僧判断葫芦案，在这个所谓“依法治国”“司法公正”的奇葩国度一直龌龊而又最真实地上演着。在这个可以炫耀强盗吃肉，却不允许强盗挨揍的党棍文化横行的分赃体系里，欺骗、隐瞒、吹逼、撒谎等各种官场现形记无所不在，白银案里则更属暴露无遗，甚至达到了登峰造极的程度！

白银案——这一有人领功无人受过，施工单位懵逼无措失能失禁资质三无，事前责任人难觅、监理单位空缺，可谓是刑侦界的楼脆脆、桥垮垮、路塌塌事件！

延宕28年，曾经和最诡异的1.19南大碎尸案一同位列全国十大悬案，并且长期居于各大悬案之首，这一举世震惊堪称甘蒙之殇、刑侦之耻的惨烈大案，没有后续反思总结，甚至连残忍冷血的高某最终都当庭道歉了并愿意捐献器官，却始终无人可为白银案道歉担当及可被追责！而真相则更是云遮雾罩迷雾重重无从查考，而精准侦查进展通报、相关信息精确披露、口供证据轧对、审讯进度通气说明、侦查终结到收场善后、后续的犯罪行为学、犯罪心理学典型性样板研究、犯罪预防意义方面经验教训汲取、社会管理层面建言献策改进举措等研究亦始终、统统隐匿缺位无从说起，只有吹牛欺瞒撒谎遮掩封盖！

这就是猪狗牲畜们鼓吹的所谓“和谐”？！

与之相反，一贯地把丧事当喜事办，这样惨烈血腥及处置过程中错误低级、破绽百出乃至肮脏丑陋的大案却被公安群丑及政法蝇蛆们硬生生办成了鸡犬升天、弹冠相庆、群魔乱舞的狂欢盛宴和吹逼分赃的尬舞大会，这是党国枉法、共贪、分赃体系下特有的福利！这才是它们自信体质之所在！！这也是党国体制下兽妖猪头们为什么要强调党媒姓党，需要牢牢握紧“笔杆子”“枪杆子”“刀把子”，进行最严格舆情管控和严苛新闻审查，需全面掌控舆论基地的根本因由！！！

谎言止于知者！白银案——这一内幕远比呼格案、聂树斌案、贾敬龙案、雷洋案等黑暗肮脏千万倍，堪称世界刑侦史上最臭名昭著的集体造孽丑闻，注定将永载史册遗臭万年！！白银分局、市局、甘肃省厅乃至公安部、刑侦局莅事厂公们蛇鼠一窝地勾连、串通、作恶的经典传奇故事势必恒久远，终将永流传！为这个专精贪渎，种猪淫棍皮条客咸集，罔顾公平正义毫无廉耻效率担当，怙恶不悛恣意妄为视人民如同草芥，对人民犯下滔天罪行的邪教组织再着浓墨！
