falling through

She smiled brightly. “See you’re not a bad dancer at all.” she said trying to hype her friend up.

She smiled taking her hand. “Absolutely.” she said deciding she’d circle back around to why the girl needed some at another point.

“I really need to get you out more. And stop saying you can’t dance. Even bad dancing is fun dancing that should be celebrated.”

“If Aunt Andie wants to take them for a couple of hours, I’m not complaining.” She smiled before taking a sip of her coffee.

Liam noticed the blush right away and he couldn’t help but smile while looking over at her. God, she was beautiful and he was helpless. When she cuddled up closer to her, he held her closer and kissed the top of her head again. “That is fine with me.” He was with her and that was all that mattered. “What’s going on?” He questioned softly, looking over at her. The words that came from her were highly unsuspected but he couldn’t help but smile more. “I am totally in love with you. I love you too, Andie.” He leaned in and pressed his lips against hers, kissing her softly.

Andie was honestly preparing herself to be knocked back, she was just a bit - okay a lot - insecure about this sort of thing and she really fell for Liam. Maybe a little too quick but she couldn’t see herself without him now. As much as she used to feel guilty about the Sophie thing - wouldn’t her cousin want them both to be happy? She liked to think so. She grinned, kissing him back as his words filled her with warmth. “You’re pretty incredible, Liam Turner.”

“I agree, and don’t get me wrong. I do love this job, it’s just getting to the point where I do the same thing over and over.”

“Well, sometimes a good change is what you need.”

“Oh yeah? What is it?” Liam questioned, looking back at her now. His arm moved more around her now. Leaning over he kissed the top of her head. “If you are getting cold we go get some hot chocolate and then head back to my place.”

Andie could feel herself beginning to blush already and she inwardly cursed herself for being so ridiculous. She was such a girl. She smiled lightly as he kissed her head and cuddled up a little closer to him for his warmth, nodding. “Yeah, we can in a minute.” She agreed, thinking that sounded like a nice idea. “I just... keep thinking and I need to, um. Just get it out before I go crazy..” She chuckled, biting her lip. “I... I’m pretty sure I love you, Liam.” 

“I... wanted to tell you something.” Andie said, turning her gaze from the starry sky above them and over to Liam, tugging the blanket up a little further against the chill as they sat in the park.

“You know you should. I love spending time with you and I’ll always be happy to help with little ones.” she said smiling.

Andie smiled. “Well, then I will.” She chuckled. She was glad that they were friends, especially after all the misunderstandings with Liam.

She couldn’t help but smile. “Well you know if you ever need help you’re always welcome to call me then you can take a break and we can get through it together.”

“I can totally understand that. It is a very strange feeling.” 

“Yeah.. I guess it’s just not always my thing.” Especially not when she was around people she didn’t know but she wasn’t going to say that.

“Perfect angels. Even when they’re having tantrums.” she said giggling. “Although I do have to admit if I have kids I hope they won’t be having too many tantrums.” she joked.
