so die 1. Woche ist um preburn Body Lover!

ich bin leider zu schlecht und zu ungelenkig, aber es macht richtig Spass!

Gestern dann das 1. Training dig deeper upper Body!

was für ein geiles hartes Training! Hab voll den Muskelkater.

ich habe mit 15kg und 10kg und 5 kg trainiert. werde die gleichen Gewichte heute für lower body verwenden

Ich habe voll abgeloost bin total ungelenkig und steif. Hat Spaß gemacht und die 20 Minuten waren gleich vorbei

I have completely lost my strength and am totally clumsy and stiff. It was fun and the 20 minutes were almost over

Neues Jahr neues Glück Ich hasse es ja in einem Fitnessstudio zu trainieren, jeder hat nur noch ein Handy an der Hand und das zwischen den Sätzen vor und nach den Sätzen! Die besten nehmen sich auch noch auf Video auf, und das im Studio! Deswegen bin ich auf der Suche auf was neues, und wie immer wäre mir das liebste bei Beachbody! Achja die heißen neu ja Bodi!
