"Is that what you think of me?" He has a sly little smile, not at all taking this seriously. "After all I've done to provide this beautiful little village with the vital goods it needs? You wound me, Benny. I would think, with this world being so harsh and unforgiving, that the people who struggle to survive in it would put a little more emphasis on community."
"Well, at least you've dropped the veil of humility. I suppose, in some sick way, I could call that a step in the right direction." He grumbled. "Now wipe that look off your face. If I'm going to be forced to be civil with the likes of you, we're both going to have to play it safe."
