1/4 cup oats (75 cal)
1/4 scoop chocolate protein powder (42.5 cal)
~1 tsp (~45 cal)
Just add water, mix, and microwave 1.5 minutes, mix again after or halfway through microwave!
162 cals total, i used to double the recipe and it was DISGUSTINGLY filling. I prefer this over packaged oatmeal 100%. Calories are similar however this is more filling and the sugar content is 1 gram compared to 11 or more. Give credit for this recipe i worked hard on it!
