Let go and Be Avenged

When people in your life become toxic, no matter how much you love them sometimes you have to let them go. Maybe you have been hurt by just random bullies. This works no matter how much pain you feel.

*Grab your favorite Tea

*Start a Bath or Shower, it doesn’t matter

*Take a deep breathe and whisper so only the spirits and Gods may hear: “What once was mine, now is gone, what once was whole, now is broken, take my pain as an offering, and free me from this torment”

*Over the course of the shower imagine the pain as dirt or wounds on your body and as you bathe imagine the spirits or gods taking that away from you, healing you. It is theirs now

The idea is to offer up the sadness and pain to whatever god or spirits can make better use of it. The last time I did this the spirits brought mega karma down upon those who’d hurt me. Only do this if you are open to the idea that the spirits WILL avenge the pain you feel.
