🌸 100 calorie spaghetti 🌸
Hey guys c:
I thought I’d share my recipe for spaghetti in tomato sauce with you which I’m absolutely in love with. I can finally enjoy some spaghetti without regretti (I’m sorry).
I hope you enjoy it as well!
It makes one serving and it’s only 98 calories in total!
Ingredients
200g shirataki noodles (you can get those in Asian supermarkets) ~19 kcal
5g garlic ~7 kcal
70g onion ~20 kcal
200g diced tomatoes ~50 kcal
some seasoning (I added salt, pepper, chili, frozen basil & parsley) ~2 kcal
Instruction
Rinse your shirataki noodles and put them into a non-stick frying pan. Don’t add anything else yet, we want to dry the noodles a bit to get rid of their rubber-ish texture.
In the meantime you can dice the onions and mince the garlic.
When the noodles start to shrink, you can add the garlic and the onions. Stir it from time to time and be careful to not burn them!
I usually take half of the tomatoes and blend them with an immersion blender so the sauce will be a bit creamier. I then mix the diced tomatoes and the blended ones together and add the seasoning.
When the onions start to turn a bit yellow/brown-ish you can add the sauce.
Let it cook for about 4 minutes and you’re done!

Wash your hands regularly. Your immune system is already in panic mode. There’s no need for unnecessary germs. Gross.
BIG breakfast. MEDium lunch. small dinner. T R U S T me.
Zombies aren’t really gorgeous unless you know, that’s your kink or whatever, so get some zzzzz.
Invest in oils and skincare because boiii you’re going to need it.
H2O my friends. H2O. It’s zero calories and fills you up. Live off it.
Research some ED symptoms. Now you know what NOT to do infront of family and friends.
I have a set of face masks and my favourite perfume that I may only use on the day I hit a goal weight. This motivates me to lose more, quicker.
Acknowledge your victories. Every single one. Not only will you feel good and more motivated, but your brain will hook onto the feeling of praise and will want to experience it again.
This is quite a popular one, but keep a stack of magazines in your room, one magazine per pound you want to lose. Take one off everytime you lose a pound, add one of you gain. Watch that bitch shrink.
If you have snacks in your room or live alone, put sticky notes on the food packages with the amount of calories. When you want to eat it the consequences are staring you in the face before you even open the damn thing.
Please take care of yourself. You want to be alive and skinny, not dead and skinny.

Water Fasting Tips:
So, I’m going to be doing a water fast. BUT!!! Before you think I’m a complete idiot, I have been doing research on this topic for months now. It’s completely safe and I will be under supervision.
I will be doing the water fast for a minimum of 15 days…
I know. I don’t even think I can go 24 hours without food, but I just need to make it past the first 2 days and then I’m algooda in the hooda.
My reasons for doing a long water fast is to lose weight, cleanse my body and to transition into a vegan lifestyle after the fast.
BEFORE THE FAST:
Tomorrow I will either be juicing or just having vegetable broth, to get myself off solid foods.
Download a fasting app (I won’t be, but you can)
I will be starting the fast at 12am the next day.
Take a video of myself, weigh myself and hopefully measure myself if I can find a tape.
DURING THE FAST:
I will be weighing and taking a video of myself every second day, to see the results better.
I will be doing ab workouts daily, except the first two days as they are said to be the worst, but I will also be aware that this is a time that my body needs to rest and so if I am too tired or have no energy, I will be understanding and not push my body too hard.
I will be treating myself like a Princess during this time, as I am cleansing my body. Meditating, warm baths, face masks, Netflix and chill *wink wink* lmao, beautiful walks, getting to know myself, my mind and my body.
I will be getting a mother fucking truckload of sleep. 8-10 hours of sleep is my goal, I will also be able to nap throughout the day as I am on summer break since I am from New Zealand. No more alnighters, no more staying up late watching Netflix, I can do that during the day.
I will be writing everyday about how my day was and after the fast I will upload the whole lot.
I have written lists of movies and programmes I want to finish and watch. Books I want to read and finish as well.
AFTER THE FAST:
Break the fast with juicing or a vegetable broth. Keep in mind that the longer you fast the longer it will take to break the fast because you could get extremely sick if you eat too quickly or too much as your stomach has shrunken. Every four days of fasting is one day of breaking the fast!!!
I will be juicing for two days and then eating watery fruits and steamed spinach for another two days.
Once I break the fast, I will immediately start doing cardio as my metabolism will be slow and my body will want to hold onto the calories in the food for a long time.
I will be starting intermittent fasting. On the day I break the fast I will miss breakfast, have one meal at 1pm and the other 5pm. And carry this on throughout the rest of the days.
I will also be eating a vegan diet. The water fast will make this transition much easier.
Yay I can’t wait to lose some fat, mwahahahahaha
So… I guess that’s it….
This is going to be hell and I’m willing to go there tehehehe

take it slow, make it manageable. increase your cal limits to stop binges, drink your damn tea. don’t weigh yourself everyday—do it one a week, once every other week if you can. hit the gym, pop some squats and run some miles. do a couple sit ups. throw some dumbbells around. find some hobbies. get your zzzs, make sure you eat your shrubbery and get those vitamins. we’re trying to be skinny, not dead. drink the clear splashy stuff.
you’re going to be SO fucking skinny by june. when you drop your sweats and oversized shirts, you’re going to be so so pretty in your bikini and crop tops and short shorts.

How I lost 20 pounds in about a month
Hey guys ❤️. I just started to lose weight, and I regret not starting sooner. But along with daily exercise and this drink I make I have lost over 20 pounds in around a month. This is my second month of my weight loss, but let me tell you what the drink is. You’ve probably heard of it.
🍵What’s in it: 。A cup of hot water 。Green Tea 。Half of a squeezed lemon 🍋 。And some Apple Cider Vinegar (You can put how much you want… but I usually put around 4 cap fulls)
You can also add some honey if it’s to bitter tasting for you.
I drink this every morning when I wake up and usually a hour before I go to bed. This drink works you guys. If you want to lose weight try this.

Guys. This drink is a life changer. I binged three times this week and i pretty much have a crippling fear of purging, so after each of those binges i made this drink and the mornings after i didnt gain any weight!!! Also, it doesnt taste as bad as it smells!!!
