Welcome to my mind

Sephiroth cried on his first big boy mission after being trained to be ruthless. He fails to suppress his laughter in multiple scenes. Every time people tease or laugh at him he is guaranteed to shy away and get flustered. He lashes out at Angeal at least ten different times and tries to act like he doesn’t care but then immediately gets scared when Angeal is in danger. He literally runs off like a toddler to process his anxiety with Team Glenn at one point. He is so visibly shaken by Alissa that everyone notices it repeatedly. He spends half of Crisis Core hanging his head in sadness and obviously missing his friends. He’s openly endeared by Zack. He’s too moody when he’s trying to be stoic. He looks like a kicked dog in Nibelheim. This guy is no emotionally regulated soldier, he’s a mess.

He sucks at hiding his emotions, but he’s good at brushing them off or leaving them unexplained until they inevitably burst out. He’s good at bottling them up. But he literally sucks at controlling or concealing them lol.

Cloud: *gasping* What happened to your fingers?!

Zack: You know those chefs on TV who cut up their vegetables really, really fast?

Cloud: …Yes?
