The idea of incorporating a relationship into something like the new Shedletsky lore is just such an interesting concept! There is so much potential when it comes to what the whole Telamon era and redemption would do to his bond with someone he married, for pike’s sake! What brought them together? What drew him to her? How did BrightEyes feel about Telamon? Does she support him after he retires from that persona? What about the topic of 1x, considering they seemed to’ve surfaced independently (via the Necrobloxicon, somehow, but whatever the case)? And I find it so disappointing that none of this was answered in her debut (the updated Shedletsky and 1x Chrisaken post). She’s really just Shedletsky’s wife for the sake of it, and that’s just such a bummer to me.

Forsaken’s all about broken bonds — Well, suffering in general, but interpersonal relationships make up a lot of it! They clearly aren’t opposed to fleshing out unreleased or unconfirmed characters either, just read over Two Time or Chance’s posts, and how evident their bonds with Azure and iTrapped are (they’d even clarified the very foundation of iTrapped and Chance’s friendship, to note), hell, the vague statements regarding Elliot’s family and team c00lkidd more of a gist than this.

I dunno, I just wish they gave Eyes (and BrightSky’s relationship, y’know, the married couple involving a central character!) a little more than this.
