between the garden dykes and the powerlifting gym, in the space of a week I have made more community connections than I possibly ever have before in my entire life

At the local bowlo yesterday we were invited to join a table of women chowing down on cheese and crackers and we got chatting. Turns out that they are a group of community gardeners AND all dykes. We're now members of the community garden group and have been invited to a dyke music art & compost party?

I think it’d be nice to have a baby if things were different but things are the way they are so instead I get to enjoy peaceful evenings and that’s not a bad thing either

I joined a new gym and it’s ended up being like hanging out in someone’s garage and also they’re making me compete in powerlifting comps. I didn’t ask for any of this but also they’re not charging me so I have no reason to complain either. weird!!
