âTrading is not an option,â Cas said sternly, looking straight at Dean when he said it. âYou need the Demon Tablet to find a new way to circumvent these trials, which we donât even know how to do yet.â He wouldnât admit to Dean, but his words cut deeper than he would have thought. He was thinking about the right thing⌠he was always thinking about the right thing.
âListen to me,â he commanded. âYour job is to find a new way to close the gates of hell, unless you want your brother dead. You must trust me. I wasnât aware of the consequences until I talked to Amelia, but I trust her, and Iâm asking you again to trust me. Please.âÂ
Dean glared at the man. âYour not the boss of me.â He looked over at Sam before looking back at Cas. âFine, but when this goes sour, donât say I didnât tell you so.â Dean looked over at the man and jumped when Amy suddenly appeared behind him. âDamn it, Amyâ stay out of my ass.â Amy took in a breath and let it out and rolled her eyes. âCan we leave now? Iâm staring to think being trapped in heaven is more enjoyable than this.â she blinked and laughed. âOh that was a good oneâŚâ She blinked and realized, she didnât even know where to start. Dean stared at her like she was crazy. âOh Iâm sorry, my people skills are a little bit rustyâ she glared at the man. Then smiled slightly
Heâs used to it, Castiel thought in reply in Ameliaâs last words. He hadnât realized how similar they were; it must have been hard for Dean when he first met Castiel⌠especially if he wasnât used to such interactions.
âDean,â he began, âI wish you luck in your journey. I will return once we find this tablet.â This was a promise he very well intended to keep.Â
âAmy,â he said, turning towards the less angry angel. She was going to be his rock over the next few days, and he appreciated her being there for him, whether she knew it or not. âIâm ready to leave, if you are.âÂ
He gave a last half smile towards the Winchesters before walking towards the door. âNow where exactly do we think Crowley is?â
Amy smiled and took his hand. "Right then, onwards!" Amy turned sharply around and they were standing on top of an old factory it seemed. "I might have lost my ability to do this properly...I was aiming for Crowley.." she looked around and frowned looking over at Castiel. "Crowley has the Angel tablet, what are the chances of him getting his hands on the latest prophet. Who is it? By the way?"
