One thing is for sure, it’s a good thing that Erik rowed a rowboat instead of punting a gondola. If Erik had tried standing in a gondola in the real “lake,” he’d probably hit his head on the ceiling!

i think so very often about how perpetua is really just toblerone's spin on a satanic phantom of the opera. look at him. teasing his appearance with the entirety of phantomime + the iron maiden poto cover. half mask. revolver calling him the phantom of rock. umbra's "in the shadows i will make you my angel" (of music).

anyways i wish i could ask perpetua what his favorite adaptations of phantom are and why it's phantom of the paradise (1974) & the robert englund phantom of the opera (1989)
