"Aha," she shifted her weight onto her other foot. "I’m sorry, am I boring you?’ she raised an eyebrow, her sass coming out. She drew a strand of water from her pouch hanging around her waist. "Kindred spirit," Karia muttered. 

"Did I say you were?" He snarked back coolly. "The tribe is boring. As I said," He repeats to be clearer. He wasn’t one for words, or kindness to others.

"Well…somebody needs more beauty sleep…" she mumbled under her breath. Karia began to weave her hair into a braid as she sarcastically smiled. "Have you even mastered waterbending?" 

—- -“Tck, this is a waste of time.” He replied disregarding her and turning towards the incline of the city street.

"Um, excuse you! Nobody out...sasses me! Do you have some sort of issue or you just always this grumpy to people?" she called after him.

Mizuko pokes her niece. “Kariiiaaaaa.”

"Fine. What about you?" She asked giving Karia a hug.

Karia hugged her back, "Just er, sitting debating what I want to do with my life. Thinking about getting a job," she stuck out her tongue at the idea.

Karia crossed her ams over her toso. "Uhuh," she immediately perked up. "Wait a minute, Northern Water Tribe?! What's it like? How long have you lived there?" she paused her questions for a minute, thinking through a new one. "Are you a bender?"

Anyone else think Eska sounds like a robot version of Korra?
