This year has been really tough for me.

Things at work aren’t going well. One of my students told my boss that I am too strict (I didn’t let him use the phone on class) 🙃

I’ve already had breakfast at uni and now I’m reading “Maus” for my English Language 2 course.

Hello! It's been a while since my last post, but lately I've struggling with my job 😔 (I'm so exhausted).

✨23/8✨So, this is my uni weekly report.

It was a really rainy and windy week, also very stressful because I had an argument with one of my lecturers💀. I also handed in my second version of a mock test (short narrative essay), hope it has a good feedback!

At work, things were cool with my students ❤️‍🩹

First win of the year!

Do you see that "aprobado" (passed) and that "excelente" (excellent)? Yup, I passed the test!

Today I’m feeling so proud of myself because I passed IELC! This class was a real challenge for me, especially because it required so much reading and understanding, but I made it through. 💪

And I am so excited to share something here (even though no one cares, but it's so important to me). The reason why I was gone was because I couldn't continue with my studies in the uni (because I had to find a full-time job and pay bills). But this year, I found a part time job as an English teacher (even though I'm not a teacher yet) and this job allows me to study and work for hence, I can return to the Uni and follow my dreams to be a translator and a teacher.

And I'm so happy because you have no idea how many times I had to quit my dreams to find a job so I can eat and pay bills. Finally, or at least this year, I'm back to follow my dreams.

So, if someone out there is struggling with life,jobs and Uni, know that you're not alone and I really wish you can make it! Follow your dreams, never give up, even if it takes you 5 or 10 years. Stay strong, don't compare yourself to others, don't give up.
