HYPOCRITE ALERT! Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson lectures about avoiding the “appearance of partiality” while sitting on Michelle Obama’s podcast.

On the former first "lady’s" show the Biden-appointed justice insisted judges must be “very, very mindful and scrupulous” about bias and said every invitation is carefully screened.

She delivered that warning as a guest of one of the most partisan political figures in America.

This comes from a justice who has repeatedly accused her conservative colleagues of acting out of pure partisanship, favoring “moneyed interests,” and rushing decisions for political effect.

She has led the Court in dissents and used unusually sharp language claiming the majority is undermining the institution’s legitimacy.

Critics say the real appearance of partiality is a justice who preaches neutrality while regularly attacking the Court’s direction and choosing highly political platforms.

The podcast appearance only poured gasoline on that critique.

🚨"The Constitution State" of Connecticut just required the state to create Islamic and Arab studies curriculum for public schools!!!

A new law that took effect this month directs the State Board of Education to develop materials on Islamic and Arab studies and encourage districts to offer the instruction.

The program is optional once the materials are ready and sits alongside existing requirements for African-American, Latino, Native American, Asian American, and Holocaust studies.

CAIR-Connecticut and several Democrats welcomed the move.

Republican House leader Vincent Candelora called it an improper advance of religion in public schools that violates the First Amendment.

The Connecticut Catholic Conference said the law “validates, endorses the teaching of public religion in a public school” and is “clearly unconstitutional.”
