Was rewatching EAH on Netflix and this scene is still so funny to me because like there’s just a one second difference between them but they convey two different things.

The first comes off as Darling being proud and happy. I mean look at those soft eyes. She just woke up the damsel in distress, she gets to be Prince Charming, Apple will have no choice but to notice her. She’s the hero of this tale after all.

And then the second Apple says Daring’s name her eyes turn to swords. Like what the fuck really, I’m standing right here next to you, Daring is a mile away?!

Yeah, boy kissed you awake and then ran the fuck over there in the span it took for you to open your dumb yet infuriatingly beautiful blue eyes!
