It's so upsetting to see hate videos against the LGBT community. It is not right to physically/verbally abuse anyone. Isn't it bad enough that the LGBT community have to face their own selves? To face their family, and the rest of the world for who they are? Why do someone have to fight for being who they are? Why do they have to defend themselves? Is human rights a joke? Cos last time I checked, they're human too. I pray, that one day. These animals see, and feel what they put onto others. They're the ones who don't deserve respect, and love. No one has the right to meddle with any one else's business. GAH. So frustrating!!

Empties of the month! (May) Nivea Soft Moisturizing Cream Basically on top of these 4, I have thrown one of the tubes and one of the other containers. They retail for about $6 (tube), and almost $2 (small container). They smell amazing & they're versatile. You can use them for your face, and body! I usually bring a small on to work for my hands! They work great! Nothing but praises for these products!

Review on Gangnam Style Restaurant on Selkirk. On first look, you wouldn't really think to go in and eat at the place, but once inside, it's like you went in to a different world. It's super cute and fun inside. It's small but it's just right. They also play great throwback music! Food was excellent for it's price. For $10.99 the platter or what they call the dinner box will fill you right up. It also comes with a miso soup starter and salad, and with a really good ice cream for dessert. Seriously, for $11, that's amazing!! They also have a lunch box which is $7.99, I think it just doesn't have the sushi rolls. I really recommend this place to everyone. Really give it a try! So, the past few days, I've been staying at my parents' house to help with our new foster baby. She's 6 months old. And one of the cutest angel I have ever met. She is such a sweet baby, not fussy, happy & content. Yet, she was abandoned by her own mother. As I lay here beside her, looking at her small breaths, pink chubby cheeks, & pretty face, how could she? How could she not want her? How could she not want to take care of her? Love her? How could she not need this angel in her life? Me and my fiancé have been trying to have a baby since October, and I would be incredibly happy to have a baby as sweet & beautiful as every baby in the world. Maybe it's the lullaby that's been playing in the background, that's making me so sentimental, lol. Sigh, I want a baby. I would love a baby. And even if this kid isn't mine, I already love her. The past few days I've spent with her has been nothing but amazing. I guess I do have a mother's heart. My weakness for babies, children.. I really wish that every child would be cared for and loved unconditionally. It breaks my heart that there are mothers out there who doesn't deserve the title. To abandon or worse, abuse these babies.. Sleepy & sentimental, C

Review on Rice Bowl Restaurant on Sargeant So I decided to try this out since I hear this place around my friends. Here's what I think: FOOD: Mediocre. I like the lechong kawali, and the crispy pata was okay. Apparently tho, their Sisig is the best. But since I'm not a fan of Sisigs in general. I can't really try it. The crispy chicken was okay. The rice was blah. Really tho. It was okay. PRICE: It's a little pricey for me. I usually don't mind spending $20 for myself for whatever meal, cos I love food. But this one, I actually regretted it. They charge 50cents for Mang Tomas sauce, but seriously, it should be free with the Lechon Kawali. We paid $40 for all of this. It's alright I guess. RESTAURANT: I don't even want to comment. Lol. ALL IN ALL RATING: Won't be eating here again, nor recommend it to anyone. Blah, C

Last day/night as a filipino citizen. Tomorrow I take my oath as a Canadian citizen. I'm excited. Mostly for being able to travel to the states whenever I want, lol. Stuff's cheaper there. ((: Anyways, that's the only update. Life is just catching up on me. It's exhausting. Lol. Brb, relaxing.. C

Alrighty, so.. For the past few days an acquaintance upgraded to a friend. We got into talking/texting really since she came to me cos of a love problem. Yes she's in love with a girl. A girl that's sadly ashamed of who she really is. I wouldn't be typing down their whole problem for obvious reasons, but here's the generalized idea of their situation. • My friend's semi-out. (Few people knows she's a lesbian, or bi. Maybe. I'm not quite sure yet, lol) • She's here in Canada. • Her girlfriend's not. • Her girlfriend is ashamed of who she really is. (Her words, not mine) Now.. Silence for an upcoming revelation.. Dun dun dun.. I have been with a girl. For 2 1/2 years, actually. LDR too. What are the odds. And no, I am not engaged with a girl. My fiancé's all man. :) I think, this is one of the most difficult situation anyone could ever be in really. Same sex long distance love. The doubts, the who should I get jealous of ordeals, the faded trusts, broken communication.. And the list could go on. Is there anyone out there who have made it work? How? What helped? What worked? How much effort can one put in? Til when should you hold on? When should you let go? Open to opinions, C

Well, basically.. I wanted this account to be my actual diary. Where no one I personally know can easily see. I've always been the kind of person that treasures my personal time and space. Seriously, there are days I don't want to see my fiancé. Days that I want to sleep, shop or even eat alone. My me time. And I'm the type of person that requires it more often than others.So I guess that applies to this account. My first account is connected to all my social media, so everyone I know can see it, and I'm more comfortable blabbing about my everyday ramblings on here, where I can make friends, who would know the real me right away. No fancy re uploads, well sometimes if it has a nice message, and just full on random rants. Hope that answers your question (: C

So, I'm sitting here for the first 4 hours of my double shift. Yes, double shift means I am working for roughly 16 hours straight. More than half the day. It's usually not too bad, like this night I'm having. I have a good patient to look after, so this is basically sitting for the 6 hours of my second 8. Does that make sense? Too much numbers, looks like math. Blah. I have to be back to work 7 hours after I get off. Yay. Yak. Anyways, I didn't write this to complain about work really. With nothing physically heavy to do.. My mind just works twice as much as I guess. It wanders to the same question it always visits. WHAT DO I WANT TO DO WITH MY LIFE? Well I mean, I know what I'm doing with my life, I'm engaged to be married next year, I work.. I have a social life, good friends, but really you know.. Career wise. At 25, what the hell do I want to do? I don't want to be a nurse, nor an office person. Maybe I want to be a doctor? A teacher? An accountant? Or idk, a rocket scientist perhaps? Lol. Is 25 too late? Enough time? Just right? Do I just want to be at the same job I'm doing now for the rest of my life? Maybe I should have kids now and just be a full time housewife/mom? I admire the people who knows they want to be something by the time they knew what the word career meant. Sigh. Adult life sucks really. Lol. Frustrated & sleepy, with 4 more hours of work, C

Today I had to go to Starbucks to meet some friends for a meeting, I like Starbucks, not to the point it's my everyday, I can't live without it drink, but I love enjoying my occasional Macchiato, Frap or my ultimate fave, Verry Berry Hibiscus Refreshers. Anyways, as usual it was a busy place. I think every Starbucks everywhere is busy. I had to be a semi creeper, creeping on people to leave their tables so I can snatch them. Somewhere enough for all of us. Lol. When I found a table for 4, I sat there with my drink, and had this urge to take out my laptop. I didn't have to do any work really, but without someone to meet yet, I felt like I had to have a laptop in front of me to "blend in". Then I had this thought, why do people really study in Starbucks? From Manila to here in Winnipeg, it's a common scene. MacBooks in particular, papers, notebooks, on the small coffee tables. Sometimes with a drink, sometimes with nothing. With the free wifi in the establishment, you're set. Does it help people to concentrate? I mean, this has to be effective to be this mainstream right? Well, this post was mostly a random thought I dare not ask around Starbucks, haha. And no I'm not paid to talk about them. Lol. Maybe you're one of them, does it work? Or is this more of a status symbol? Wherever you are? Curious to know, C
