I am desperately in need of funds after I have just fled an abusive relationship where I was sexually assaulted. My situation has become more dire. My rapist is stalking my social media platforms and got out on bail. As a Black woman, the police haven’t taken my statements against my white ex-boyfriend seriously. I am going to need a good lawyer to win my case because I have a lot going against me (being Black, disabled and a woman). I have increased my GoFundMe goal to $15,000 to cover lawyers fees and my housing fees.

For anyone who doesn’t know my story, my ex-boyfriend raped me and I’ve been raising funds to stay in a motel ever since. I am currently tackling a case with the police. Anything that you could give would make the world of difference. Thank you.
