It's SO bad the This Monster Wants To Eat Me anime is kinda bad. Actually very bad. Probably also just a terrible choice for adaptation considering how much of it is just the characters talking. Manga is good though. Being suicidal and getting livebaited by a monstergirl who says you'll taste better if you want to live is peak to a girl like me

people still treat yuri as if it should be read for some Lesbian Representation and while i understand the impulse, the truth is most yuri barely acknowledge a wider lesbian community. Most are not approaching the topic of women loving women as some queer feminist story. What you'll find is fun and dramatic romance stories featuring two (or more) women. I think you'll read them more and have fun doing so because you have a specific itch in your romance reading vs looking to be Seen on a deeper level and being disappointed when they (mostly) aren't that.
