This story does not completely repeat the story of Alien Stage. I took inspiration from the existing characters in NINAH. There's a mom and child character in it. She's actually a negative character in the game, but I wanted to make a small reference to her. However, in my interpretation Hyuna is not a bad person, she's a good protective sister to her brother. I left the brother's story up to the viewers. Most likely he is a guest, he could have died many years ago and returned as a guest now - Hyuna couldn't help but accept him because she won't miss any opportunity to see him again. Or he could have been really much younger than her and died very recently for some reason (not related to the apocalypse, or for example, he could have been taken away by FEMA and after that he returned and Hyuna might not have guessed that he was already dead). Moreover, we don't know for sure if Hyuna herself is a guest or not. That's why everyone chooses what they like best. I hope this answer didn't disappoint you, because I really like so many variations, I couldn't choose an only one because they're all good in their own way.
