“Because I’m the head honcho.” He said. “Lucifer Morningstar.” The devil introduced.

“New demons. How exciting.” Lux smirked, eyeing the other. “I hope they realise that it’s me and my family that rule here, and not them.”

“I love how now we’re told demons are coming.” Merlin sighed. “I thought I’d get a relaxed life for once now that I was here.”

“No, no... I’m fine.” Magnus reassured. “Just deep in thought is all. Haven’t been sleeping well.”

“I swear if you stare at me any longer I’ll turn to stone.” Magnus joked, a cocktail in hand. He tapped a manicured finger against the base of the glass, eyes scanning over the stranger. “Can I help you?” He asked, tilting his head to the side.

“James, hey.” He smiled softly. Lucas was definitely softening because of him. “I brought you some lunch.”

“I thought you had something to tell me, for some reason.” Magnus mused, looking to his son. “Are you alright?”

“These demons better know that I’m the boss.” Lucifer said, arms folded across his suit covered body. 

“When have you known me to care what my parents think?” Lux asked, a brow raised toward him. A smirk soon spread across her face. “Unless you’re trying to get rid of me, but you know I’d just say no.” The blonde joked, fingers tracing against his arm.

Reed was curled up on a mountain of pillows, dosing in and out of a nap. The recent full moon had taken its toll on him, so he had little energy. He smelt food cooking and his eyes opened, a soft groan escaping his lips. “How long had I been sleeping for?”

“Hadley... Long time no see.” He smiled. “How’re you?”

“Yeah, it’s not... Bad.” He said, nodding. Reed was looking around to see if he could find some sweet things for Gil to try.

“Yeah, it’s not bad.” He said, looking to the other every so often.

He pulled a face. “Yet you’re nothing like mine. How peculiar.” Theo said, looking down at the other male. “You seem... Sub par in terms of intelligence, however.”

“I could help you try and find them?” Peter suggested. He was a pretty lazy guy nowadays, but he should redeem himself.

“So do I.” Peter chuckled. “Aren’t we a pair?”
