The definitive holiday gift guide for photographers, presented by PDN, Rangefinder and DPReview.r
PND has included âThe Disappearance of Joseph Plummerâ on their holiday gift guide.
This is not a "best photobooks" list. We heard a rumor that the photo community is getting sick of them. Next year, perhaps. Jokes aside, we opted to move away from the aforementioned language we've used in the past. There's too many to count, and the notion that our small team would have
Happy to be included on Humble Arts Foundationâs list of âReally Good Booksâ from 2017

Two centuries later an unsuspecting man purchased the mythical lonerâs land and built a hideaway cabin for himself â only to discover the legend of Joseph lurking deep in the seclusion of the forest. This atmospheric photobook explores our human desire to escape and find peaceful solitude, far from the burdens and apparatus of modern society. TRADE EDITION Hardcover, 22 x 17 cm portrait, 136 pages Section-sewn binding; interior tip-ins; gold foil deboss on cover + spine 50 colour and 28 b+w photographs Publication 1 October 2017 | ISBN: 9780994791931

âOn Displayâ in Ainât Bad Magazine
For the past year Iâve been working on a series called âOn Displayâ which is a group of portraits created by rephotographing selfies made by customers trying out new cell phones. The project is featured in Volume 3 of the terrific Aint-Bad and there is a launch party for the publication at the P.S1 MOMA bookstore this Friday from 4 - 7. Many of the featured artists will be there signing copies.
