So, I work for a third-party company inside Wal-Mart’s electronics department. We don’t actually work for the store, there’s only three employees and we are, very strictly speaking, not allowed to help the actual employees with their jobs. So we don’t really do a whole lot on a day to day basis.

We do tend to get a lot of random questions though that we can’t really help with, but my manager has no problem telling customers that they need to find an actual associate.
