im actually so fucking tired of seeing mlm content everywhere. gay men this, bi men that. yaoi and bL all the time. two men look at each other and everyone goes "they'd be so cute together". and then when it comes to wlw, there's a million fucking standards and they'll be fucking making out and it's still "oh they could be friends!!" SHUT THE FUCK UP. ofc gay men are also oppressed and don't get nearly enough representation, but they still get wayyy more than anyone else. men still need to be the center of everything, apparently. i actually get so fucking disgusted atp when i see any mlm content now. i used to think it's just because i'm afab and i didn't wanna be like those straight girls who treat all gay men as a sex thing all the time aswell as me being a lesbian, which is still true but OH MY GODS they're just fucking everywhere and it's such a struggle to find anything else. wlw barely exists, enby and a-spec ppl may aswell not even exist atp, and don't even get me started on trans rep. 90% of trans rep i see is just making a character a trans man so they can be a boy with a vagina and uterus to get impregnated by the "big strong cis 'real' man", and trans women are just the other way around. i'm not saying no one should ever have or enjoy sex, but can things revolve around literally anything else for like five fucking seconds?
