Mod here! Sorry this blog got abandoned for a long time, but hopefully I’ll be bringing it back!
Oc and mod are both using the names Phei (faye) and Finch, you can also call mod Alpheia (al faye uh) or Leon if any confusion arises
This is not necessary a roleplay account, it’s more wholly dedicated to the oc but I will rp on it
Prns in order if preference:
OC uses she/he/they/it/neos pronouns, mod uses it/he/neos/she pronouns. Please do not refer to mod with they/them pronouns.
Oc is 17 and mod is 16 so please keep everything friendly. Mod is also in a relationship and so any romantic rp that isn’t discussed beforehand will be met with a very displeased mod
The basic lore around my oc is this:
- not an NRC student but is staying in ramshackle as a groundskeeper during the year, with the staff members acting as not parental figures but similarly to legal guardians for the time being.
- LOOSELY twisted from Macha/the owl witch from Song of the Sea, and therefore is half owl fae (not from briar valley, doesn’t have typical twst fae abilities since unlike the TWST fae’s basis Macha is Celtic, but she can turn into an owl in a similar vein as Malleus and Melanor being able to turn into dragons)
- he is a druid rather than a wizard, and ises largely druidic and nature related magic that I’ve mostly based in D&D logic
- still in workshopping but atm to reflect how Macha stole their emotions in jars and turned the fae into stone in the movie, her UM allows her to create a sort of magical container and absorb someone’s emotions and turn them calm or apathetic depending on the severity, but as a tradeoff she will turn to stone a bit more with every use, and while it does fade over time it greatly limits her mobility. I’ve also been playing with the idea of the stone thing being a curse placed on her family after what Macha did so she can’t use violent/offensive magic without turning to stone a bit, and I like that idea a lot too.
in progress:
-> tons of sona art (hes almost all I draw these days)
-> Guest room fight dialouge
thank you for your patience!
